Dent Champion

I called Dent Champion, gave a brief verbal description of the dents and got a ballpark estimate. I made an appointment for a few days later. This was my first paintless dent removal experience so I didn't really know what to expect. I showed up at the scheduled time and the Dent Champion was ready to go. He took a look at the dents, said the one over the wheel might be difficult and that he'd have to drill a hole in the wheel well to access the dent, but that he'd paint and plug the hole to prevent rust or water intrusion. I agreed and he told me he'd need about 2 hours. They have a comfy waiting room and cafe in the building next door so I hung out there. He was done in about 1:20. I inspected the work and, as he told me to begin with, only someone who knows where the dents were would ever see the repairs. They are really hard to spot, it's amazing. He also found another way to get at the dent over the wheel and did not have to drill any holes. The final bill came in less than the ball park estimate he gave me on the phone. Total professional all the way - you can tell he's been in business for over 20 years. So let's recap - reliable, faster than expected, better than expected, and cheaper than expected. I did give a B on price since he wasn't what I'd consider cheap, but I'd use Dent Champion again without hesitation given the quality of work and professionalism.

Benny was prompt with all correspondence (via texts). I sent him a picture of the dent and he provided me a rough quote based on what he could see. We set up a date and time for him to come to my house to work on my Subaru Outback.

He arrived on time, surveyed the dent and provided me a firm quote that was within the limits of his original quote. He explained how the dent removal process worked and allow me to watch and see how it was done.

The dent was a bit tricky since it was on top of a "ridge line". He was able to remove the dent and rework the ridge line to where you could never guess it was dented in the first place. He then worked a smaller simpler dent in the door as well, again completely removing it.

The whole process took a couple of hours to complete, was very convenient and performed very professionally.

My 2015 Cadillac SRX passenger door had a two inch diameter dent in the area where there are two parallel body lines. Benny arrived at my home driveway on time. He is professional and friendly. He introduced himself and inspected the dent. He was able to work the dent out and keep the body lines sharp. When he was finished, the dent was removed without a trace. A perfect job. I am very pleased with his work.

Benny was very professional and very good.  He took the time to do the job correctly.  I am glad I did not try to remove the dents myself with do it yourself tools.  Very happy with the results. Great Job!!!

Truthful and honest up front. Told me what he could and couldn't do. Bennie was responsive to all phone calls and gave a fair and accurate assessment of damages to my burglarized truck. He didn't try to sell me on anything, he was totally honest on what could be fixed. Bennie was a breath of fresh air and I would use the service again.

Bennie answered the phone promptly when I called and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. He came to the house and spent about 3 hours removing a dent from the car and two dents from my truck - they look like new! This was a great service and much better than leaving a vehicle in the body shop for several days and paying twice or three times as much for a "putty and paint" repair!

Benny was on time and very respectful. The service was great and I will use him again.

I spoke with Benny on the phone and sent him a picture of my dent. He was able to give me a rough estimate and we setup a time for him to come out. He was prompt and got right to work. It was a fairly large dent, but after he worked on it for a couple of hours I couldn't even tell there had been a dent in the area. I'm very pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I must say that the experience with Benny was great!  I was stuck at my house waiting on a bathroom contractor and my car was at a family member's home.  He called before he came (on time,) got the address, went to my family member's house and did the work.  I did not have an opportunity to view his work until later that day.  I was VERY pleasantly surprised to inspect the vehicle and no longer see a dent in the quarter panel.  If I did not know it, I would have never figured it out there was a repair done.  I will be using him and his services in the future when the need arises...which it will, this is Houston...there is always some yoyo that bangs their door against your car some time; some place.  Thank you again Benny.

I contacted Bennie on April 16. He responded quickly that he could be at my house at 3:00 pm on April 17. I asked how long it would take as we had a prior commitment later that day. He came back and said he had completed his Thursday  morning job the afternoon before, and could come to my house at  9:30. I told him that was great.
On Thursday morning he called and said he was on his way. He arrived about 10 minutes early. After looking at my car he expressed concern about being able to satisfactorily do the job. He  examined the car very carefully, then said he would do what he
could. He went to work, and about 90 minutes later was finished. The fender looks as good as new! I'm very pleased with the work.

I was pleased with the service and price. I would definately use this company again.

Unfortunately the dents were right on the frame of the door and a dentless repair was not possible.  No charge by vendor, but insisted that he accept a tip/gas money for the travel to my location.

It went terrifically well.

I was really bummed when I found a dent on my new crewmax tundra. I was willing to spend money to get it fixed the right way. I came across Benny on angieslist. I was skeptical about the service at first but I decided to give it a shot. Benny was very punctual and professional he came to my house the same day and explained the whole process and allowed me to watch the whole repair if I wanted to. The whole process took around 2 hours and I was ver pleased with the results, I could not even tell anything happened on the affected side. I would definitely use Dent Champion again if the need ever arises. Benny is a an awesome guy!

Benny did a really great job on my wife's new Altima. Even when he tried to reach the bottom of the panel but could not get his tools in between the outer body and the inner panel he did not give up. He was finally able to get the last part of the crease using his hot glue and pad to pull it out.
Like I told him I really appreciated his tenacity! Great job Benny!
