CYPRESS CREEK POOLS

From start to finish was a complete disaster. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. It has been 4 months since they started the project and they still have not finished yet. They said it would only take 6 weeks to complete. They have said that they have used our money for someone else's pool. I highly recommend people to use another pool company. Extremely terrible company to work with. Absolutely NO Customer service whatsoever! They do not care at all about the customer.

I was stood up. The company made an appointment with me to install the pump and filter, knowing the address and location of my pool. I called before hand to confirm the appointment time so that I would be home to meet the technician. I stayed home from work to be there. The appointment time came and went. When I called to ask where the technician was, they claimed to have called me the day before to tell me that they do not service my area. This is totally untrue. I have voice mail where they could have left a message, caller ID history that shows they never called, AND I had called to confirm the appointment time. This is unprofessional and unethical behavior.

I do use them on a regular basis. They do a great job for us. They always come out after the storms as I live by a forest so a lot of leaves blow into my pool. They also are very familiar with our schedule, and they will come out extra if I need them. They are very good about keeping open communication with us.

We have lived here for two years and Cypress Creek is the only service we have used up to this point. Their service is phenomenal. The technician arrives as soon as he can come over and that includes after hours visits. The problem and the solution are explained in detail. Their manners are perfect and the problems they fix don't return. The pump was replaced in less than an hour and we were swimming in it the next day.
