Crossway Mechanical

Hai with Crossway Mechanical has been performing my Spring and Fall system checks and service for approximately the last 18 months, since they merged with Dominair.  Hai takes the time necessary to insure that all aspects of the system is performing as it should.  This trip he made sure that the drip line was clear and draining as it should and treated the line with a chemical to keep algae from growing in the line, check the compressor and found that a capacitor was weak and not performing properly.  He replaced it and made sure it was performing as it should.  He then washed out the outside filter screen to increase performance.  At the completion of his inspection and service, he advised me of options that are available to improve filtration and he also advised me and showed me a picture of an area where mildew had formed.  Hai is the only employee with Crossway Mechanical that I have had personal contact with, but if the other company employees are as professional, courteous, and conscientious as he is then, I will continue to do business with them. 

I have used Brian Wright since we moved in to our home 7 years ago. His expertise is matched by his kind and caring personality. He is very dedicated to what he does and to providing great service. Ordinarily we call him twice a year to check the AC and the heating at the beginning of the respective seasons, but this time we got home from Austin in the middle of a cold snap and our furnace would not come on. I called to see if he could POSSIBLY work us in to what I knew would be a busy schedule the next day. Before we knew it he was at our front door. After what I know must have been an exhausting day in our November cold snap he arrived with his usual great smile and dedication to being sure we were taken care of. He took care of the problem pretty quickly and went ahead and checked the system while he was here so that we didn't have to pay again to have him come out to do the annual service call. I just assumed I would have him come back so that was a really nice surprise.

When he comes for routine heating or AC checkups he is always right on time, and is very thorough in being sure that the systems are clean and running smoothly.

Brian is trustworthy, fair, and honest. I always struggle with finding providers when we have problems with our home, but our AC/heating is one area that is always covered, thanks to Brian.
