I had called an air conditioning company to come fix my ac and they wanted me to buy a whole new air conditioner and cared less about fixing the problem.  I called crossroad services and Jeff came out and found a bad wiring connection on my ac no fixed it in like 10 min. And then checked the whole ac and found everything to be working ok. They charged me 89.50  I found out later that almost all the ac companies around the service guy gets paid straight commission and not hourly, they get 15% right off the top.  So that way they will sell more.

I asked to have a specific problem fixed and provided model numbers ahead of time. When the tech arrived on 2 separate occasions he had was not prepared to deal with the problem and instead rattled on about unrelated subjects and tried to sell me everything from accessories to a complete new system.

I finally called another company who fixed the problem quickly and all is working well.

Andy Donlon is a true professional, a reverent and righteous man. He understood that time was of the essence. It was July and we needed the new unit. Hegave us a very fair price and installed the unit the very next day. They worked their butts off in the oven like temperatures of our attic to complete the install. He selected a unit with maximum energy savings combined with ease of installation based on our current configuration in the attic. We are saving up to have him back to replace the down stairs unit before it goes out. Best of all we are saving big time on energy costs already! Andy has been taking care of our family's residential a/c and heating needs for at least 7 years through two houses and is probably the most trustworthy contractor of any type we have ever used. He always gets to us as quickly as he can when we have a problem, usually the same day. Andy is a great diagnostician, and we have never had a problem with any of his repairs or recommendations. He performs checks of each system in the spring and fall, and he keeps us running smoothly. He has never tried to perform unnecessary work. He has had to replace compressors for us, remove plastic wrap that got sucked up an intake, and even identify mysterious noises that turned out only to be an ill-fitting filter. Crossroad Services is the kind of company you always hope to find and rarely do.

Cross Roads is a very professional, punctual air conditioner repair service. Our air conditioner went out awhile ago, and I called them. They were very punctual in getting to us. The service man came and took a few hours to repair our air conditioner. We were in need of a new part, so they replaced the defective part, and it has worked great ever since. We will certainly call them again if we need a service call, as they are very reasonably priced.
