Fabulous. Tiffany always went above and beyond, was totally reliable and has been impossible to replace since she moved. Best cleaning service we have ever used.

This cleaning company cleaned our house 2 or 3 times then just stopped
showing up and would not return several calls. They would not ever
answer the phone. I was surprised to hear they are still in business.
Very unprofessional. The few times they did come, it was a different
crew each time and they did an ok job not great. I would not do
business with them again.

The team did a move out clean for me on post. They promise to pass inspection or to refund your money! I only got charged $15 from housing. Would use them again! Love there products.

The owner came by herself the first time, she occasionally comes by herself but usually has a crew with her. If the crew proves themselves they sometimes come without her but they must keep up to her quality of work.

Cleaning by Nature was unprofessional, careless, and overpriced. We hired Cleaning by Nature for weekly cleanings, and they cleaned our house for several months before they suddenly quit without notice and never returned any of my calls. I still am not sure why they stopped, but regardless of the reason it was highly unprofessional behavior. I suspect they may have been upset because I had changed our schedule several times recently (our water was off for 2 weeks due to a well problem, then baby was sick). However, they had never indicated that it was a problem, in fact saying each time that it was "no problem" and that they understood. When they didn't come on the new agreed upon day, we had dinner guests that night and a house guest arriving the next day, so it was a particularly bad time for them to bail on us, as we then had to frantically clean at the last minute. I called the next week and again apologized for having changed the schedule and tried to confirm that we were back on for the usual day, and I didn't hear back, and they didn't show up. After that, I called again, saying I was not sure why they weren't coming or calling back, but that I would appreciate knowing. No response. We had always paid on time (were on auto-pay, in fact) and they had never indicated that there was a problem. Aside from that major problem, there were a few other problems with their service. Twice they left rusty straight razors in our house. I asked about it the first time, and they said they use them for cleaning and that they would be sure not to leave any again since we have a young baby in the house, but they did. They were also careless in less dangerous ways. For example, we had clean, folded laundry that was in a laundry basket and that we were planning to put away that night. They put it back in the wash, so we found our clean, folded clothes all wet again and had to dry and fold it again. They were also quite expensive. Our previous cleaners did a better job and cost $40 less per week, but unfortunately they couldn't make it up the hill to our house in the winter. We have since found another cleaner (Linda) who we are quite happy with and is also less expensive.

Cleaning by Nature is a very reliable company! Hard working, professional, efficient, on time and didn't mind my dogs bugging them while they were working :-) !
They showed up right on time and were ready to start shampooing the carpets. Carpets had spots that they pretreated and it went a long way to get them out better than what I was expecting. House smells wonderfully clean and seems to have inproved my husbands allergy symptoms because of the dogs.
Very happy with the results and am considering having them come back to do a whole house cleaning once we are done with our garage addition.

We had Tiffany help us last year with a hard project at on of our rentals, cleaning soot from candles off the walls. She did an excellent job.
This year was the same project but not as bad, we made an appointment with her to do the wall and ceiling cleaning, and with no notice took on what the tenants were supposed to do, clean the bathrooms and kitchen. Tiffany is exceptional. She is polite, on time, does very good work, went out of her way to help us with a rental that the tenants did not plan properly to clean and made it possible for us to have the house ready for the new tenants on time. She rearranged her schedule to make time for us, and did the extra work the tenant needed with no notice. She was prepared to do any of the tasks we and the tenants needed done.
She's also fun to be around and work with, plans ahead, does more than asked, and is fast. Her prices are more than reasonable. She uses cleaning products that are not offensive, the house had no awful "cleaner" smell 2 hours after she was done when we had the new tenants in to sign the lease.
As we are getting more established with our rentals we are considering having Tiffany and her company do all the cleaning for the move out/in. At present, we wash the windows and pull the appliances and do the floors and other things that take much of the time we don't have. Her prices are so reasonable and she is so reliable we are considering having her do it all.

Cleaning by Nature is an awesome company! Her cleaning technicians are very hard working, professional, efficient, and always on time! I get my home cleaned every other week. Her prices are competitive, yet resonable. I highly reccommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, trust worthy, hard working cleaning company. The best thing about Cleaning by Nature, is that they use all eco-friendly products, as well as their procedures. They even take my recycling! Tiffany herself is a very sweet, and professional woman. She came and gave me a quote on my home, with her manager Ashley. They both really listened to what I was asking to be done, and assured me that it would all get done to my satisfaction. I have never had any issues with any of my cleanings, and im sure I never will! If there is ever something extra I want them to do that cleaning, I just write it on the note pad that they provided for me. It is for my cleaning technicians and myself to communicate with each other. ( I loved that idea when they told me! )Thank you for always making my home clean, and thank you for always being so efficient!

Was drawn by the fact that they use non toxic cleaners. Met with Tiffany for an estimate. She was an hour late with no phone call, but still pleased at that point. We never saw Tiffany again. Cleaners came five times. They were an hour early the first day, then late each time after that, once by several hours. There were three no-show days. All without the courtesy of a phone call for each incident. I had to call each time and Tiffany is not easy to get a hold of. On one occassion, one cleaner came and did a thorough job. All other times, two cleaners came together and they were not as thorough. As I write this, we have yet to make a payment. Tiffany said that she accepts cards. However, her employees could not accept payments. Tiffany said that she would come and get the payment at one point, but never showed! We have never received any billing of any kind. I sent an email this past weekend asking for payment information with no response. They did not show again this Monday, AND, no phone call!!! I had to research an address on the internet to send a check to, hopefully it is correct. Unbelievable and unprofessional.

these gals are terrific. Initial estimate scheduled fast, co,posted with outstanding professionalism. Each new girl who joined the team trained one on one to our requests. Very responsive to concerns and changes. Usually the same gal weekly, but only three who have rotated thru for us, so they all know our needs and wishes. I would recommend them without reservation.

The experience with them could not have been better.

Overall I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a great housekeeping service.

I called 907-385-0604 and left a message to please call me. Tiffany called about 45 minutes later. We were able to schedule a walk though for the next day (yea!). Tiffany showed up a little early (a good sign) and we toured the job (our house). She told me what she and/or her crew would do and how much it would cost. It sounded good to me and we agreed on the initial (really deep, catch up cleaning) and that if we liked that (we loved it) we would set up repeat cleanings. I had already called 2 other cleaning services and wanted to compare them to what Cleaning by Nature LLC was offering. The first one to come relied heavily on the strongest chemicals to clean, "You just need to let your house air our for a while" and they were 1 and 1/2 times the price. The second would only be able to clean in the evening or on the weekend and they were 2 and 1/2 times as much. This made feel good that we had agreed when Tiffany came. I was home when Cleaning by Nature LLC came to clean the first time. They arrived a little early and started right in. I was working in the garage but felt if I wanted to be in the house we all would have been comfortable. I had an appointment before they were done and checked if they needed to know anything before I left. They didn't but told me where they were in the cleaning process. I didn't need to know but it was a nice gesture. My wife got home first that day and called me to say good job on getting the house cleaned. I called Tiffany and we set up regular cleaning. They have come one more time already and the house was even cleaner (not our experience with our previous cleaner). It is really nice to come home on cleaning day and have a clean house that feels clean and doesn't have a chemical odor. I have already recommended Tiffany and her crew to 2 friends and will do so when ever asked.
