CLASSIC INNOVATIONS

Initially things were good.  Scheduled Bob to come out and look at our kitchen, take measurements and discuss our kitchen remodel.  Our first appointment began late as Bob was 2 hours late.  Bob is friendly and appears to work diligently and says what you want to hear.  It took several visits by Bob to get all the particulars down.  He emailed the plans and we began shopping for contractors.  ALL the contractors we interviewed had issues reading the plans.   We met with at least 6 contractors and there was not one that said the plans were good, let's carry on.  After meeting with contractors, we contacted Bob to let him know the issues and thought it best for him to come back out and make changes.  We did make some modifications to the existing plans, but also needed all electrical, all elevations, mechanical, etc.  Bob did come out, made notes on existing plans and said he would get them worked up and emailed to us.  This was in June 2013.  It is now middle August and we still do not have plans.  He makes excuses every time we ask for the plans.  Our contractors have all moved on and we will have to start at the beginning.
