 + -1 moreI would not recommend them; they are deplorable. The come around and inspect the properties to make sure everybody stays within the covenant. When they identify something they send out letters without re-checking or verifying whether the condition was fixed or not fixed. They don't follow through or check-up.
Description of Work: My Home Owner's Association uses CKM Property Management for property management.
