Have had no equipment problems since the service call. However, I was billed for the cost of the booster plus the service call fee even though the equipment was still under warranty. I complained to the owner about this, and he agreed to credit me the amount of the service call. But, when I checked our credit card activity, both the original $325 and the booster cost ($235) were shown for a total cost of $550.00. I phoned Childress A/C last night about this discrepancy, and Aaron was supposed to call me back, however as of this moment, he has not done so.

Childress Air Conditioning & Heating did an excellent job of putting in my new air conditioner. My old one was over fifteen years old, so I was happy to get a newer model. It only took a couple of hours to install. They were really polite people and I didn't have any trouble. They also called to check up on the system.
