I had an outlet that had no power. I tried tracing myself, but was not sure how the wire was run. I called Charles to come look into it. He also did a trace and eventually found the issue. The previous owner had drilled into a wall to add under counter lighting in the kitchen.  When the hole was drilled it shorted out the connection to the plug down the line. Charles cut a hole in a cabinet and replaced the bad portion of line.
I thought Charles did a good job. But I felt the price was rather steep for the actual job performed.

My tenant emailed me about a problem with the kitchen GCFI and appliance cords.  I told him to call Charles and set up a time for him to come out and fix what the tenant was having problems with.  Charles came out the next day and fixed it.  My tenant was ecstatic.   I have used Charles for re-wiring a whole house that had knob-and-tube wiring and he did it for tens of thousands less than other electrical firms in Houston.  I also have used him for work at my own house and he is always punctual, reasonable, and either fixes it or if he can't he doesn't charge me.

Charles and his wife, Margie, arrived to help, even though they had been headed somewhere else together.   He evaluated what had happened and got to work.
They're both just delightful people, and frankly, I've had Charles stop by just or coffee.  And I always enjoy catching up with Margie on the phone. They're just real nice people, very, very honest and hardworking, and Charles has the years of experience to know exactly what needs to be done and work quickly.
I've probably spent around $15,000.00 over the last five years, maybe more.  That's a whole lot o money for us. ,I don't have room to waste money or get second-best for my money.  
Can't recommend him highly enough.

Badly! Charles set a date to do the work and did not show up. Claimed he ended up with a bigger job to do on that day. When he finally did show up once rescheduled, his staff -mounted the sconces poorly, were wobbly and loose -failed to install all outlets as requested, only did half -added an outlet where one was not requested, punching a whole in wood wall paneling He did not follow up on the work either. I would not use him or his staff again.
