Called Shawn and he came out in a few hours. We have been using Campbell & Sons for years. We feel they are very honest and they always Come ASAP. We also think they are reasonable priced and they are the nicest people to do business with.

The first thing Campbell and Sons did is to help me understand that this wasn't something urgent and that waiting until the next day would be less expensive.  I agreed, put a bucket of water and waited until the next day. The next day, they came in and got into the attic.  They found the leak and fixed it.
I can't recall this is the exact price but it is close.  The thing about these guys is they do good work. Their work is not the less expensive but they are professional, take their shoes off, address us as "sir" and "maam" and are very respectful.  They replaced our water heaters in the past.  I have dealt with both the Dad and one of the sons.

These gentlemen are honest to the bone and incredibly adept. I had a slow-sporadic leak under my sink for a few weeks, I knew it was the disposal and they confirmed it. I was happy to have them replace it and cover all costs/ensure warranty. Shawn educated me on which models they had versus purchasing the same or a different model myself. He explained that the warranties are very solid and therefore I could feel comfortable purchasing it (a little cheaper than they could sell it). I ended up getting a high end model and Shawn installed it in record time. He's got a great personality and professionalism to the core. I'll never use any other plumbing company!!

Overall I'm very satisfied with the work.  Have used them before and, if I had not moved out of the area, would continue to use them.

We have used this company previously.  They are always able to come the same day, usually within the hour.  They are prompt, friendly, competent, quick and the prices are very reasonable.  We will definitely use Campbell and Sons again.

We have used Campbell & Sons Plumbing exclusively for several years. Sean was punctual, friendly, professional, and did excellent work. He always put covers over his boots while inside the house, cleans up any minor messes created during the repairs, and removes the old parts from the premises when he completes the job. We will continue to use them, and highly recommend that firm.

He was very polite. He came out on time and worked hard. He had trouble with getting the right sized equipment. As a result he came out several times and eventually got the problem taken care of.

The technician was professional, friendly, and on time! He also did not leave a trace of dirt even though it was necessary to bring a large machine into the kitchen. He also advised me on how to deal with this problem in the future. This company is not cheap but they arrived on time and did the job right.

My termite exterminator advised me to move my water softener cabinet away from my house because there is a good chance that termites will burrow in between the house and the cabinet. I looked on Angie's List and found a plumber that is in my area. The man I spoke to on the phone told me it would be better for me if he came after the weekend, since his weekend rates are quite a bit higher. We agreed on a time the following Monday. The man called Monday morning to tell me he was on his way. He arrived at exactly the agreed time and told me his rates are $104/hr. It took him approximately 40 minutes to perform the work and he handed me an invoice for $150. I thought that was a bit high, but I happily paid him. The work was done correctly and promptly and the man was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely call them again in the future.

I had a leak from an upstairs toilet (found a black spot on ceiling downstairs). I could not spot the leak so called the plumber. They quoted a price for reseating toilet and replacing all the internal parts. After some negotiating, they agreed to come out the next day. The toilet was taken apart and removed from the floor, everything put back together and the leak still existed. Plumber did some more looking and decided leak was in the drain. He then said he had to go and might be back on Friday (three days later). He charged me for the toilet repair (but not reseating the toilet) and said he'd call me back later in the week. I spend the rest of the day replacing the drain and reseating the toilet, fixing the leak. I then turned on the water, to discover the work the plumber had done was leaking (from the tank). When the plumber called on Thursday, I explained where we were, he came out and replaced the leaky gasket (at no additional charge).

The company was very responsive. Came in did the work. Left every thing clean and neat.

This was our second time to use this company and the work went very smoothly. We had a couple of questions on other plumbing projects that were answered with recommended brands and different courses of action, not just what would make the most money for the company. Again, we were very impressed with the friendly, professional service.

I found water spots on the floor downstairs and it was coming from the attic! I called at 2:00 in the afternoon and Shawn (one of the sons) was at our house that same evening to fix our leak. He took our a 2 foot section of copper pipe (with the filter that we did not want anyway) and replaced it with new pipe. No more leak! I was so happy to find out that the problem was that simple. I highly recommend this company!

They came out promptly and on time. They climbed through an attic space I thought was impossible to get access to before cutting a hole in my ceiling to ensure that it was necessary to cut the hole. I was very impressed that they would do that since he was not a small guy. The work was done very professionally and with a lot of care to not make any mess. The pipe was fixed promptly with no problems and the area cleaned up before leaving. I was very pleased with all aspects of their work.

All good things. They came when they said they would, got service quickly and they are the type people we like to use.

Very prompt, courteous and helpful. Mr. Campbell sent his son in the afternoon on the day I phoned. This Mr. Campbell was extremely pleasant and helpful and fixed the problem quickly. He explained what went wrong so that I could fix it myself.

Sean Campbell snaked the drain from the attic and removed the blockage. We got their name and phone number off of Angie's List where it also said that they had no trip charge, their hourly rate was $105/hr, and there was an Angie's List coupon good for $10 off of a service call. The guy was here for a total of 5-10 minutes working and 5 minutes to fill out the invoice and get paid and we were charged $145. Sounds like there's a trip charge to me!!! Also, when we mentioned the Angie's List $10 coupon, we were informed that that was only for parts; we didn't have any parts, just labor, so NO DISCOUNT!!!! They also didn't honor the 10% senior discount mentioned on here either. We were happy with the work performed, but were unhappy that what we read here on Angie's List regarding financial arrangements weren't honored or true!!!
