"Ms. [Member Name Removed] called 12/13/2022 wanting us to check her system. We met her plumber onsite and he advised us that another company had tried to start the system up with a generator and the valve was closed when they did that. We advised that we couldn't check without electricity and that the pump would probably need to be pulled. She also asked for a quote for a new tank. She was made aware when she originally called that we would charge a service charge of $150.00 plus .50 fuel surcharge fee per mile. She called back January 11, 2023 requesting us to come out and check the system again. We advised her that we felt the pump needed to be pulled because of the system being run against a closed valve and that it would be another service call to come back out again. She requested us to come out again. It was scheduled for January 13, 2023 but they did not have power available so it was rescheduled for January 19, 2023 at 9 am. On arrival we found that the tank had been installed by someone else and she wanted that checked and the well checked again. Our Tech ran through the system and we again advised her that the pump would need to be pulled. She requested quotes again. We sent them to her and she did not respond back to them. She was told up front that there would be service call fees of $150 each time. We tried to make sure she understood that we felt the pump needed to be pulled and tried to save her the second service call but she kept requesting that we come back out. After numerous attempts to collect outlining everything in detail we did turn her over for collection."
