We adjusted your iron gate which was not part of the big deal. We tramped through the jungle of woods, debris and grass clippings on the other side of your rear fence to complete the work. We also replaced twice the pickets that were allotted on the big deal."

"I apologize for your dissatisfaction. We fulfilled every aspect of the Big Deal even though your home fell outside of the Fine print. Your homes roof is considered steep and retired special steps for my safety. The Deal covered roofs up to 26.5 degrees or 6/12 and your roof was over an 8/12 or 33.5 degrees. It also included "Minor Caulking." I still managed to use three whole tubes of roofing caulk. The condition of your roof is well beyond caulking as a repair. Every single roof jack was deteriorated more than anything I have seen in my career. Additionally, our estimate was for "Lifetime Guaranteed" Repair boots vs the common galvanized/polyurethane boots which have a life span of about 10-12 years."

The eave of your roof was so low, I could see everything from standing on the retaining wall towards the rear of your home. My initial recommendation was the gutters were clogged causing a damning situation onto the eave. I also pointed out that the slope of your roof was less than 25% of the shingle manufacturers recommendations for an ashalt shingle roof covering. I provided two options along with rough estimates and you chose the full replacement of that roof facet. We then scheduled a tentative timeto return pending weather and your acceptance of our contract via email. I sent the contract via email as well as a separate email requesting acceptance and confirmation. After not receiving a response, I assumed you had declined our proposal to repair the roof. We did not follow up via telephone because Angie's List did not provide a phone number with your Big Deal Purchase. This is most likely due to your privacy settings with Angie's List."
