Sean Lewing came the next day after we contacted him (on a Sunday). It turned out to be a simple fix and he did not charge us. What great service!

For About 3 and a half years ago we have hired Aquaescapes to build our pool and after all this time we never had any single issue with our pool. Excellent quality of work and equipments were used and the plaster still looks like brand new. We receive compliments for the beautiful design and quality of the work all the time. Just now over the weekend we had some landscaping work done in our backyard around the pool and patio area and accidentally due to some digging one of the pipes very close to the pool were hit and we had a leak situation. I called Acquascapes and explained the situation to Kelly and right after that I had Sean on the phone and he sent someone immediately to take care of it for us. Fortunately it turned out to be a sprinkler pipe and not a pool pipe. Thank you Sean and the entire Acquascapes team for the excellent job done with our pool and still after all these years be here for us in case of need.

We have just fin­ished adding a pool in our back yard. We needed as much length as pos­si­ble for laps as well as depth for teenage boys AND a lovely shape. Aquas­capes ac­com­plished ev­ery bit of that. In ad­di­tion, we added a chiller/heat pump so that the temp of the wa­ter stays the same year round mak­ing wa­ter ex­er­cise easy and ac­ces­si­ble. The pool was drawn up and in­stalled in less than one month. Amaz­ing. Ev­ery team that came to do their part was fast, cour­te­ous, knowl­edge­able, and cleaned up af­ter­ward. We had them ex­tend our deck and add a per­gola. Now we can sit out­side even if it's rain­ing (and so can my dogs) and the big ceil­ing fans and pot lights look so pretty at night. Even when it's hot there is a lovely breeze on the deck. Pool school to ex­plain all the new equip­ment was su­per help­ful and their avail­abil­ity to an­swer ques­tions that came up has been fab­u­lous. I can­not more highly rec­om­mend any­one. We've used lots of con­trac­tors and subs for other projects and I can say that each one met a level of ex­cel­lence that has been un­sur­passed in our ex­pe­ri­ence. Won­der­ful com­pany! Won­der­ful pool! Beau­ti­ful back yard! Thank you, Aquas­capes, for mak­ing our back­yard a place we want to be in the hot Hous­ton heat. I look for­ward to en­joy­ing my yard year round now!

Outstanding Service and Quality from Todd and the entire team at Aquascapes – We are so impressed with our pool and how easy the building process was that we are telling all of our friends and neighbors they should have a pool installed by Aquascapes Pools and Spas. We live in Katy where there are many choices for pool builders, but we know now that our selection of a pool builder was the right one. We were kept up to date through the entire building process, all promises were exceeded and we had fun while the pool was under construction. The best part was it only took 5 weeks until we were swimming. Our electrical line to the house did have to get re-routed but we knew about it in advance so it wasn't a big issue and didn't delay our project. Our pool looks fabulous, the kids love it,  and we are totally satisfied. Thanks again Aquascapes.

We had Aquascapes build our pool last year and if I can give them 0 stars I would! We had an inexperienced and uninformed sales person. He seemed like a nice honest guy. They promise you the world during contract signing. When it comes time to start the actual project they nickel and dime you. Don't ever buy a landscape package from them. They tell you they are giving you this huge break on your landscaping, and they give you like 6 plants and palm trees with the palms falling off before they're even planted. Then they say, and quot;well, if you want the better trees it's going to cost you extra $$$. The old bait and switch tactic. Then the filter and plumbing was put in the wrong place. They had to have the plumbers come back and redo the entire job! Their plumbers dug in my yard where I had my cable line, only to have them cut the line with shovels. I guess the orange paint and flags that said CABLE LINE didn't give them a hint! I had no telephone, cable or internet for 3 days. They're response to my issue was, and quot;well, it happensand quot;. Then all of their subcontractors totally disrespect your yard and don't clean up after themselves. The plaster guys acid washed my pool only to ruin my new sidewalk that we just put in. And the plaster guys are so disrespectful of your property. They smoke cigarettes and throw them all over your backyard, along with empty acid jugs, plastic, soda cans, etc and never clean it up.
The worst part of this company is their communication to the customer, their customer service and attention to detail. They promised us an update of what was going on daily when the pool was being built and the only time we saw ANY project management was when they come to pick up their checks!! And don't even attempt to send an email to the owner - I've sent him 3 emails with concerns only to get no response! His company built our pool - not a thank you, an email a phone call - nothing. Very nice customer service to a customer who just spent $60,000 on a pool.
And the sad thing, is that there are more things that have gone wrong that I haven't even addressed. Stay away. There are so many pool companies out there that respect their customers , inform them during the pool building process, and actually appreciate your business!!

When we bid our pool, we chose Aquascapes because of the options they gave us at a price we could afford, and because they are a local company. We have no complaints about the amount of time it took from start to finish the pool. In fact, they were extremely fast and we were very pleased in that aspect.
However, the follow through after the pool was done and after they have your money is less than desired. It took several phone calls before anyone came out to fix our water feature, and a few other small items. And it took six months to get our money back on a safety fence that they never installed. It's a shame this company's customer service after the pool is complete is so lacking, because I really would like to give them a better rating since they put our pool in so fast.
