Angel Fence Inc

Things went good in the beginning.  It took longer than he stated which I can understand.  They cut many branches in order to rebuild the fence and stacked them nice a neat in the front yard, but on the neighbors property along with the old fence.  They removed the old fence, but left the branches.  After 2 phone calls they removed the branches along with one trash bag from the interior paint contractor (that was never mentioned).  Cesar made a big deal acting like it was a huge favor to remove the one trash bag.  We have 2 small dogs and explained from the beginning we were replacing the fence to keep the dogs in the yard.  My wife showed the guys the holes in the fence and they were able to fill them with horizontal planks which works great.
Then everything turned bad during the application of the stain.  The applied the stain to the fence with a bug sprayer.  Stain covered my cool decking along the fence , my house, and both neighbors houses.  The fence had MANY bare spots.  Cesar came to collect the money from my wife stating the stain would wash right off.  After 5 minutes with a hose he said he would need to get the power washer.  Please pay the balance with the exception of $200.  After 3 weeks and dozens of text messages and phone calls he sends someone out to clean.  2 full days later it is 90% better, but has some holes blasted into it.  I talked to Cesar and got a little lip service and he was going out of town until 8/19.  I had not heard anything from Cesar so I texted him on 9/15.  At first he did not know who I was.  Once he realized who I was, again he stated he had done all this extra work making the yard dog proof and hauled away the one bag of trash from the painter and I was unable to be satisfied.  
Bottom line I will need to have my entire pool area painted due to the stain over spray and I get to keep the $200.  That comes no where near covering the cost.

Overall it went well

Mr. Puente himself answered the first call and scheduled an appointment for the free estimate that same day. We agreed on a date, they were prompt and did the work agreed upon. I would use them again.

I contacted Caesar and he answered on the first call.  We set up a time for him to come out that same afternoon and he provided an estimate within 2 hours of leaving my house.  I accepted the estimate and then set up a time for the repair to be made a few days later.  Caesar was courteous, knowledgeable, and the gates look wonderful.  I will definitely use him again.
