Was clear about the time I wanted them to arrive due to my work schedule. They called the day before to confirm and said they had a big job before hand and would be by after that but would call first. The technician showed up 4 hours earlier than scheduled. Luckily my work schedule had changed and I was home, but they didn't know that. Technician was polite and neat, however, there was an already known problem with a missing electrical box. The technician said there was no way to hang it other than using the existing hole. What I did not realize until after he left (my fault for not checking his work) was that meant the fixture was not centered on the mirror! He charged me the full three hours although he was there about 2.5, and it looks as though I did it myself! Not happy with the work, or the value for what I paid.

Adams was easy to work with and went above and beyond of what I expected. All employees and owner were very professional and made sure I was happy before they left. They were much more reasonable on pricing estimates and stuck to estimates.

get a quote first and have a good understanding of the cost before you start the work, I was shocked at how long it took and it cost more than I had expected, but they were very gracious and refunded part of the cost because of it.

It was a great experience. They were fast and efficient. It was just expensive.
