About four months ago I called them because a washer I purchased from them was making an odd noise, so they took the washer and left us with an older brand. They said they would have it done within two weeks; which extended into a month. I called them five times and each time they said they would come and bring it back but never ended up showing up. On the fifth call the owner said that they would just give me a brand new washing machine but never ended up showing up.
