I highly recommend Brian for any work you need done. My parents had a huge drainage issue and water pooled everywhere. He knew what to do after we discussed problem areas in my their yard - there were many - and was the only person/company that could do the job after looking for various companies in a years time. Heâ  s very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely hard working, along with his employees. He listened to our input and he came up with a plan that incorporated them and have it come to fruition. Communication is key to any business and every step of the way we knew what was going on. Will definitely call him again for future work.

When they mowed they left a blanket of grass in my flower beds costing me more money to clean and repair and broke a pvc pipe protecting a utility wire. Tried to call them but unable to get a return call.

When hiring any contractor we stress communication. We want to know that we can reach them when things do not go exactly as planned. Bryan's crew came and went and there were a few things that we wanted to discuss. We left a message on Bryan's phone and he got back to us within minutes. We explain our concern about something. He assured it would be taken care of. Sure thing, After the next visit everything was done perfectly to our satisfaction. We are looking forward to a long and lasting relationship, confident that we have hired the right contractor .

Flexible

I have a very large front yard, with lots of trees, and a back yard which fronts on a golf course with lots and lots of trees. Needless to say, several times a year I'm inundated in leaves. It's a bigger clean up job than it looks. The day before Brian's crew was to come, my husband had a medical emergency which forced me to cancel. That same week, Brian worked around his very busy schedule and fitted me in. He and his crew did a fantastic job!

They worked me in with one day notice! They were very professional and courteous, and did quality work at a very reasonable price.

These people do not care how their work looks. They blew grass up against my house in the front, plus they missed spots all over the place. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I had this done because I am getting my house ready to sell. Know I will have to have some one else come in and clean up the mess. I'm also disabled and have a hard time getting around. I though that they had done OK, But when I went out and checked was I shocked. I have tried to get a hold of Bryan, with no luck.

Called Bryan on a Friday afternoon (desperate) and he was able to be at my home that evening and start replacing sprinkler heads and went through my sprinkler timing system. Bryan is a very nice, upfront person and I have hired him to landscape and mow.

Bryan called me back the same day I left my number on the web site and completed the job on the day he said he would. I will call him again for more work.

Mr. Spence is fairly reliable and professional. The system seems to work well. He gives a one year guarantee on the installation. I will hire him for future yard and/or landscaping jobs.
