Maria came to our home on a last-minute basis to clean up our place before my husband returned from the hospital. We needed everything to be spotlessly clean and sanitized. I contacted Maria on short notice to clean a rental property we own which the tenant had left absolutely trashed. She cleaned it beyond what I thought possible. Maria is conscientious, trustworthy and thorough. She gets my highest recommendation and my return business--every time.

Maria made herself available on short notice on Sunday, when another, scheduled Home Advisor maid was a no-show :( She did a move-out cleaning of a 2-story house by herself, it took a while, but it was ok with me. I checked her work, and it was good, but afterwards, I noticed that some of the blinds on the 1st floor weren't fully cleaned, and there were mop marks on the dark tile floor throughout... Master shower glass walls weren't scrubbed, but it may have been a miscommunication - I told Maria that I cleaned the shower floor, and she may have misunderstood that the shower did not need cleaning. Also, I asked on the phone whether she had a special cleaner for granite and marble, and she said yes. Turns out, she was using a regular cleaner; may have been a language barrier. Overall, she did a very good job.
