Lori is a gem. She is truly the best professional I have ever worked with for my home. She is trustworthy, honest, knowledgable, sincere, hardworking, and reliable. I have absolutely no negative or even neutral things to see about our experience. We hired her to give our yard a complete makeover and she executed every single thing we wanted without exception. When she encountered obstacles, she solved them quickly without drama. She was here day in and day out working and overseeing things. She was always available for questions. I could not recommend her more emphatically.

Bid and install went fine. It was once the initial install was complete problems arose. She didn't put tax on the bid so after the fact the bill was 1k higher than we agreed to. Then there were a couple minor tweaks needed to the irrigation system, they ended up getting fixed. When the main line to the irrigation leaked, causing the city come out to investigate our water usage. I couldn't get her or her crew out to fix it. Luckily it's a new home and the builders plumbing contractor didn't know any different so they fixed it. After a few months passed, I was going to give her a second chance for some more work. Again no follow through.

Capital Lawn came recommended to us from our new neighbors. We were pleased with what they created next door and heard great things on their working with her. Laurie and her crew were wonderful. When we first met with Laurie to discuss ideas, we knew we were coming to the table with out-of-the-ordinary expectations. Laurie listened and came back in short order with ideas and plans that far exceeded our desires. She is creative, responsive to ideas and requests and really a joy to work with. Her crew went way above and beyond with extra requests and tasks and never expressed any exasperation at us. The were always here when they said they would be; they were quick in their tasks and experts in details. Due to a hard frost that hit when most of the plants were still young, Laurie returned in the spring and replaced and spruced up what was amiss. Her ideas put the landscaping and lighting in our yard way beyond what we had planned or expected. The "B" for price is due to her pricing seemed to be a bit high, but when all is said and done worth every penny! She is a true pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend her, and have to our family members!

WONDERFUL!!! Lori not only owns the company she also does some of the work herself! The woman is not just a landscaper she's an artist! Her work is phenomenal and she is very professional and honest. Our project started and ended in a timely manner.

I have worked with Lori, the owner of Capital Lawn and Landscape for many years. Since this is a vacation home and we are not there on a regular basis, I can always count on Lori to keep things spruced up and well maintained. If she knows that a special occasion is coming up with houseguests, she makes sure that all the flower beds and pots are particularly nice and freshened up. Lakeway has quite a varied climate. We go through periods of draught and heavy rainfall. Capital L&L keeps up with these changes and adapts our plants to the current climatic conditions. In addition, Lori is a very upbeat person and is quite easy to work with. I recommend their services highly.

Chad came and did an excellent job. Lori, the owner, came by later to check out the work and make sure we were satisfied. That was really nice. I will be using them again for the other two planter boxes.
