Price- The price was very fair considering they worked non stop for three hours. Quality and Professionalism- The owner, Enoc Herrera worked alongside his crew. He is a professional licensed irrigator and it felt good knowing that the expert was overseeing the work. Other times you get the licensed irrigator to provide the estimate but the crew doing the work does not have that level of expertise. Mr. Herrrera was right there diagnosing the repairs and correcting the work himself. I saw how after instructing a crew member on a complicated cut and mend he eventually did the work himself sensing the crew member hesitation about doing it wrong. He explained clearly what he was going to do and performed the job on time and on budget. I have come to learn that he works with HOAs in the Round Rock area that represent neighborhoods with high standards. Responsiveness and Punctuality- Lawn Concepts sent me a reminder email two days ahead of the scheduled work date with information about the weather conditions expected that day.; They let me know that due to weather there could be the need to reschedule the work. That illustrates how well they stay on top of their work load and to make sure the client needs are met. At the end, the weather was just fine and they showed up to the work 10 minutes ahead of schedule. When the job was completed, he showed me the system working flawlessly and went over the use of the controls etc. He never acted as if he was rushed and he answered all of my questions. In addition, Mr. Herrera is easy going and has a good sense of humor so that could be a plus as well. I am very pleased with Lawn Concepts Irrigation and would recommend them to other members.

Enoc was prompt, friendly and knowledgable during the initial inspection and service. He was thorough and alerted me to potential problem areas with my system while recommending affordable solutions and improvements. He even offered me some potential solutions to drainage problems that weren't connected to the drainage system he was inspecting. The repair of the sprinkler heads was quick and painless, I could barely tell he had been there.

I was very happy with the work and professionalism of the owner. He was fair, very knowledgeable, helpful, and met me at the scheduled time. No problems whatsoever, which is not the case with other contractors I've used. I highly recommend them and intend to use them in the future.
