I was nervous about having our precious rug cleaned but I know fine rugs need to be professionally cleaned every 3 to 4 years. When I called this company they were incredibly polite and professional on the phone. They explained that the cleaning price was based on the square footage of the rugs and gave me a precise quote on the phone. They also told me pick up and delivery would be free as I lived within their free delivery area. They asked me when it would be most convenient to pick up my rug and they arrived exactly when they said they would. While they had my rug, I was having some painting and remodeling done in my living room. My contractors at home ran almost a week late, but the Woodlands Oriental Rug Gallery said not to worry and they would hold onto our rug and deliver it when we were ready. When the painting was done and I was ready to take the rug back and called them, we scheduled the delivery for the next day. Again they were right on time. The cleaning they did on the rug was spectacular and it looked like it did the day we bought it. It smelled incredibly fresh. It clearly had not been stretched or curled as it laid perfectly flat on the floor as it should. They did an excellent job and it was in perfect condition. Perhaps the best part was the polite and courteous pick-up and delivery men. They were very professional and extremely careful moving our furniture around as to not scratch our wood floors. It is rare anymore that we are 100% satisfied with any service providers, but I have to say everyone we dealt with at this company were absolute professionals from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone in need of rug repair or cleaning who wants to ensure their fine rug is in the hands of true professionals.
