Worse pool company I have ever used in 20 years of owning a pool. Could not get the pool turned around. Went green. Kept blaming a tree that overhung about 15% of the pool. Pool was never clean from June-Sept. Authorized them to repair secondary pump for Polaris. Never did it. Pool was Ok from Sep to December. Then started turning green again.
Watched the pool guy on one visit. Put zero chemicals in. Asked him, said they were out. Stopped coming in January. I called the office. Said I was on hold for not paying. Why because I owed $538! So I got a copy of the bill, and noticed on January they threw in a $320 charge to get the pool from 'Green to Clear" in JUNE! I guess extra time and chems? Bit of a late charge and an excuse for not coming. I also found out that the guy on my route quit.
So the owner apologized begged for another chance. Then two weeks later stopped showing up again. Called again, he came by, claimed I hadn't paid, even though I have the canceled check. Also showed him the broken window, his guy broke with the pool pole, and he said he would fix it. Then claimed the guy quit. Excuse, Excuse, excuse. Haven't seen them since. Been two weeks. Pool is green again. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
