Spring-Green Lawn Care

! was told that it would be 5-7 working days before they could come out. After 10 working days, s Thursday, I called and they confimred the 5-7 day estimate but adding that it would be the next day, Friday, or the following Monday, Labor Day. On Monday, I called and left a message to call me. They didn't. On Tuesday, I called four times and left a message 3 times with Roland. On the 4th call, Nicole answered and said it would be tomorrow. She or they seem to have no concept of letting the customer know if there has been a problem. She even told I could call and complain. I told here that was exactly what I was doing. She had no explanation as to what might have caused the delay except that they were doing the best they could. Perhaps they figure that if they tell the truth you'll take your business elsewhere. Maybe they are going for the business closest to where they are. They have no concept of customer service. I said I would not hire again but, in truth, now that I have vented, I am waiting to see if (1) they show up and (2) there is a legitimate excuse besides "we're sorry you fell that way."

They were very slow to respond to treating my hard. After waiting two weeks for them to show up, I called an cancelled the service. The day I cancelled they showed up that afternoon to do the fertilizing. I turned them away and no work was ever done.

I have a yearly plan with Spring Green and have been using their service for a few years now.  My lawn looks fantastic.  Julie calls prior to each visit so I can make sure my pets are inside.  She also coordinated the service dates with my lawn cutting schedule which I truly appreciated.  We had a terrible problem with fire ants prior to using Spring Green.  Since they treated my lawn I have not had any issues.  They are very reasonably priced and do a wonderful job.  I highly recommend them.
