Overall, Remax was very responsive to all requests and efficient processing all legal documents.  The key drawback was that both tenants we procured through the company broke their leases within six months.  One set of tenants were referred by another Remax Realtor whom vouched for their integrity.  While Remax provided all Realtor services well, do not count on them to provide reliable tenants.  Make sure you do your homework.

It went well. Mike made a good presentation to pitch the sale of our house, with good pointers. He was one of the more expensive choices, but seemed to present good value for that money in the additional marketing he did on the property. Purchase went well also, with Mike taking us around, not wasting our time. Not too pushy on directing us what to look for. Narrowed down the field to good candidates based on what we liked--did that well. Also good through contracting process. Answered his cell phone a lot while he was with us. I didn't mind that too much, because when I needed to talk to him, I always could do so (whether I was there or calling him on his cell). Excellent staff, too.
