Lyle was very responsive via phone. He explained what they would do in a pool inspection. The showed up, father and son, on time and were very thorough and educated me about pools and equipment. I have already hired them again.

I had another company doing a terrible job at weekly maintenance on my pool. I was looking for someone I could trust and was referred to PhD Pools. I've never been happier. These guys (father and son) are the real deal. They are honest, fair, kind and top notch in all matters pool related. Their customer service is where they really shine; it's second to none. They educated us in 'pool school' and I now maintain my own pool. When they arrived for our appointment my pool was already starting to turn green from my previous provider. They jumped right to work and got my water crystal clear within 24 hours. They also informed me of the chemicals I'd need to get started and delivered everything to my front door the next morning. Seriously!! This delivery is just one of the great services they offer. It's wonderful; I don't have to go into any pool supply store and get talked into anything i don't really need. They're always available if I have any questions or need a repair. If you're looking for help with your pool in any way, these guys can do the job and you don't have to fear you're being taken advantage of like with so many other pool companies out there. They are the best pool guys in the world. They're responsible for ensuring the chemicals are correct in the pool and that the mechanical components work correctly. Their email communication is extremely responsive and they have a checklist they use each time they visit and they leave a hang-tag with the services provided each week. They always bring our dog a dog bone.

I LOVE these guys. We originally used them to inspect the pool on our new home and were so impressed we called them to make sure the pool on the house we were selling was ready to go to. Since moving, we have called them for anything pool related. Also, they come prepared with treats for the dogs, so my dogs highly recommend them also.

I then used them for a pool school after the purchase. Additionally, I order all of my monthly chemicals through their website. They then deliver them to my house the next day.
I recently had them come out a fix my filter pump and as always they do an awesome job! I tried another company for repairs that I saw at my neighbors house and regretted it. I learned my lesson and will always stick this company.
