Great experience from start to finish! I didn't know what I needed when I called Kelly all I knew was what I wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell she knew her stuff. She advised what she thought would be the best product and best value for my needs in detail. She also explained the documentation process was quite a bit more cumbersome with new regulations since the last time I needed financing. But promised if I gathered everything she listed from the beginning without delay the process would be smooth and painless. I worked closely with her entire team throughout the process and the level of service was exceptional. They work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. We even closed earlier than originally promised, less than 30 days later. I have referred a number of friends and family to her and will continue to do so.
