Figuring out how to purchase your first home is a daunting task. I had quotes from other banks before I was referred to Kelly Malatesta and her team. I am so glad I was referred to her! She was always available when I needed her, prompt with responses and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease when I had concerns. Her team is also amazing, friendly, and patient. Kelly and her team are very trustworthy, personable, and so easy to work with! My closing was fast (3 weeks!) and smooth with no hiccups. I'll definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family! Give her a call, you won't regret it!!

Great experience from start to finish! I didn't know what I needed when I called Kelly all I knew was what I wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell she knew her stuff. She advised what she thought would be the best product and best value for my needs in detail. She also explained the documentation process was quite a bit more cumbersome with new regulations since the last time I needed financing. But promised if I gathered everything she listed from the beginning without delay the process would be smooth and painless. I worked closely with her entire team throughout the process and the level of service was exceptional. They work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. We even closed earlier than originally promised, less than 30 days later. I have referred a number of friends and family to her and will continue to do so. I honestly believe she is the BEST in this business. Highly recommend.
