They were originally scheduled for Thursday, August 26 between 4-6 p.m. They called at 5:15 p.m. on the 26th and said they couldn't make it they were delayed on a job and would come Saturday, Aug 30 @ 10 a.m. They called Aug 30 and said they were running 30 minutes late. They showed up late and came to the door and needed us to sign a paper acknowledging the hourly rate and our email address before they would come in. We signed the paper and looked out in the street as they were DRIVING OFF!! . We immediately received a text/call saying one of the workers had gotten sick and they didn't want to get us sick. They could have someone ELSE there.....another team....in about an hour. In about an hour a gentleman and what appeared to be his YOUNG GRANDDAUGHTER showed up. Now the key here is that it was $50 for one handyman per hour and $85 for two handymen per hour. We are supposed to pay an additional $25 per hour for a GRANDDAUGHTER? She is a skilled handyman/person? Once inside and BEFORE ANY WORK WAS COMMENCED.... the gentleman determined that he had forgotten his drill and would have to leave to go get it. He asked if we would be home all day. We said no and just canceled their services.
