A complete disaster and he didn't care!

I do not recommend this service. Mike has proven to be unresponsive, unprofessional and does not seem to take much pride in quality work, customer satisfaction and finishing a job. Recently called Mike out to get my system running again as it seemed to have multiple issues. He took care of a couple of simple issues (sprinkler heads and busted pipe, but two hours into the job Mike informs me he needs to move on to his next job and that I should call and schedule another appointment for him to come out again and finish some of the more perplexing items that were not functioning or try to do it myself! If I could do it myself or even wanted to, why would I have bothered calling him? In addition, upon turning on my system just a few days later, my system is now functioning worse than before he arrived! I called AND emailed asking him to come back ASAP to repair what was still not working or at least provide me with a partial refund. He was not even courteous enough to even reply or respond for three days and even then was not professional enough to at least call and instead sent an email. In his reply he stated that I needed to find someone else to work with and ignored my request for a refund. It appears he is more concerned with quantity of appointments rather than quality of work, professionalism or repeat business. I believe he may be incompetent in more complex sprinkler system issues or at least unmotivated to want to spend quality time fixing anything that will cut into his next appointment replacing sprinkler heads. Strongly recommend to seek another service.

Excellent service on everything

My strong recommendation – DO NOT USE ‘GREEN EARTH SPRINKLERS!’ Mike Egan came out several years ago, to repair a couple of sprinkler heads and to keep all sprinklers from watering my fence. He did a fine job and has been here many times since. Recently, we completed construction of a new pool and a huge deck and needed a new sprinkler system for the re-shaped backyard; grass and beds for around $1,400. He and his ‘helper du jour,’ Eric, brought a ditch-witch and went to work along with the landscaper he recommended in DEC, 2016. Shortly thereafter, all drains (one pool, and six deck) began backing-up during a rainstorm. This could have been a catastrophe, but my outdoor kitchen contractor dug down to the main drain (to the street) and found the main drainage line had been cut to run a PVC pipe for the sprinklers! Mike would not come out for the repair, so my contractor and two helpers repaired it all - $250. Mike finally agreed to reimburse me. Today, I find that two sprinkler heads in the front yard were never reconnected, wired, or programed? Mike has yet to care enough about this contract to make the necessary repairs, so I’ll need to bring another company back for the second time to repair his mistakes. BTW, most of my backyard sprinklers are now soaking my fence and over-spraying several areas (wrong heads?) – the original reason I selected ‘Green Earth!’ Terrible and unprofessional. Came out timely to repair zone that was not working and adjust sprinkler heads. Fast , professional , and the price was right!

Mike is a man with integrity! I had a new patio poured and needed to reroute the sprinkler system. Due to weather and other complications with my system, the original work was more involved than expected (buried heads due to pooled water, and mud build up from constructions next door, etc.) Any ways, Mike came out over 6 times to complete the work. his rate was fair and clear. he itemized EVERYTHING that needed done. I can't say enough about Mike and Green Earth Sprinklers. Words seem inadequate to describe how impressed i am with his dedication, integrity, and work quality. I do know that i'm done interviewing and this is the only company i'd call and trust with work for my home.

Our sprinkler system had several leaks and one zone didn't work at all. Called Green Earth and they answer the phone on Saturday.
They are honest and professional. They came on time, diagnosed the problem very fast and told us what need to be fixed. l the and charged us a fair price. Will highly recommend him to our neighbors.

We've used Green Earth now for the last 3 years and their service is second to none. They are very responsive, super knowledgeable and have excellent prices. They have identified hot spots in our yard and moved, replaced or corrected sprinkler heads, as well as replaced a faulty controller and reprogrammed the replacement.
They also have a number of other landscaper businesses that they've used, trust and will recommend to you if you need something. We're super pleased with them and it's unlikely that I'll ever need or use another service.
