I run a business out of my home as well as take care of my father. I have a hard time finding the time to give my house cleaning duties the attention it deserves. These maids are simply FANTASTIC! They leave everything better than I left it, as most days, I’m running behind. They are timely and efficient; and I love the smell of a “clean” home when I walk back in the door! The security the company provides in vetting their employees makes me feel comfortable enough to be able to leave the house and enjoy a peaceful few hours of “me time” while knowing my home is getting the attention it deserves! The maids treat my home as if it were their own, which is more than I can say about any other company I have employed. The owner is attentive to all of my needs no matter how big or small; which means a lot in my book! An owner that takes pride in how his business is ran while treating his customers like family, is the type of person I want to do business with any day of the week. Anayeli and Isabel did a fantastic job cleaning our currently occupied house. They asked us if we had any special instructions in the beginning and were attentive to details such as difficult to reach corners and dust. They also didn’t skimp on cleaning products. They took pride in their work, were thorough, and we are very impressed.

Detailed Cleaning Services did not show up after agreeing to a date and time by email. Payment was made in advance through Angie's List.

"Hi there, I am sorry to learn you are disappointed with our services. The reason we did not show up to your home is because you never provided the address. We exchanged messages via Angie's List messenger when you inquired about our $299 deal and we provided you information about our services right away. You requested a certain date and we confirmed it was available. You confirmed that date worked and then we never heard back. We sent you an email once we noticed the deal was purchase(email had been provided by Angie's List) but, again, we never heard back from you. You also did not provide your phone number to reach you at. Our mistake was actually given you a day/time without making sure we had your address. We feel that your rating was unfair given that you did not provide us with all your information. In addition, the review claims that we provided a service when we did not. Without your address we could not show up to your home. I hope you re-consider your rating and reach out to us again. Sincerely, Emma"

The owner is very hands-on with her contact, and was thorough. There were no surprises. The two ladies that came were very nice and they did a very good job in cleaning the home. I recommend them and will use their services again.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! I called for a quote and received one by the end of the day. The quote was very reasonable, so I asked to schedule service for some time in the next week. I traded emails with a couple different people in the office to work out timing and entry into the house, but everyone was completely knowledgeable about all past communications, and I didn't have to explain my situation to each new person.
They performed the cleaning in the morning (including the optional oven cleaning that I added), and I arrived to the house in the evening. Everything looked and smelled great. They were even able to make the toilets look brand new, even though they were covered in horrible rust stains that I was never able to remove.
The next morning, they checked in with me to make sure I was pleased with the service and to see if there was anything they could have done better. I am completely satisfied with every step of the process and would gladly refer them to all my friends and family.

I requested a move-in clean with the bathrooms, kitchen, and the interior and exterior of the cabinetry at the top of my priority list. We had just moved in, so the house was filled with boxes, and I did not expect the housekeepers to clean the floors, etc with all the boxes in the way. However, I made sure that the bathrooms and kitchen were clear of boxes and that those 2 areas could be deeply cleaned making it an easy job for me to start unloading the boxes in those critical living areas.
The ladies did clean the accessible floors, stairway, and bathrooms to my satisfaction, but they did not clean the refrigerator, stove, or the interior/exteriors of the kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, when I contacted Emma about the lack of cleaning in the kitchen she replied that the cleaning ladies said there were boxes in the kitchen which prevented them from cleaning the space. I told Emma that the ladies were not being truthful with her as the kitchen was the most important area to be cleaned because I wanted start unpacking straight into the cabinetry. I am very disappointed in the blatant dishonesty of the 2 ladies that came to my house, and because of their dishonesty I can't have this company in my home again.
Emma did refund me $65 of the $285 cost.

Detail Cleaning Services offered an Angie's Big Deal, making the price right for us. The manager was easily reached and maintained close telephone contact throughout the period leading up to and during the time the work was being done. An inspector came during the work to see how it was going. At all times everyone with this business was very friendly and helpful in making sure we understood what they would do and then did. The house was empty, and the crew readied it for sale. We had thought the carpets would have to be recleaned, but Detail Cleaning Services left them bright and spiffy. I recommend this company without hesitation, and will be hiring them again. Gerry

The ladies showed up on time. It started as a crew of 4 and at some point two left and two of the ladies stayed to finish up. The house looked and smelled nice upon their departure. I have used this team in the past and they have always done a great job. Thank you so much.

Overall, the ladies that came to my house cleaned our house nicely but given this was advertised as a 'deep cleaning' and the ladies were here for 2 hours, I would not purchase this service again in the future. That comes out to $80 per hour which is a bit steep as compared to the cleaning services I have used in the past.

cleaning was ok, but not super. It was really a hassle to arrange. Then there was an extra cost at the end that I just refused to pay. Other cleaning services available without all the arrangement and pay hassles.

I was very pleased with the cleaning. They cleaned everything that we had discussed and did a great job. If I could afford to have a maid service full time, I would definitely use them! I will contact them again in the future for my cleaning needs.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. They charged an additional $20 to come out to my house, which I guess was in the fine print of the deal, but I did not read it. There also was an extra $10 for any bathrooms over 2 bathrooms. I did not understand that and one of the bathrooms was a half-bath so I wanted to pay half that since there was not bath tub, but I did not hear back from them. I don't think the tubs in 2 bathrooms were cleaned. Overall the service was okay. but I don't think I would use them again because of the extra charges. They cleaned the oven and did other basic housecleaning. They came on time and were very professional.
