Re-keying was done with no problems, Technician was on time and professional. The sliding glass door should have been done sooner, but was completed a approximately 2.5 weeks later.The second Technician was on time and very professional and apologized for the delays and oversight. I really appreciated the concern over my satisfaction of the services provided

I called Dawson first thing in the morning and had an appointment set up for that afternoon. They sent me an email reminding me of the appointment along with a picture of the technician. My technician Mike called ahead of the appointment letting me know he was en route. He was on time and extremely helpful. When we moved into our home we replaced all the doors in our home so we had different keys for each one. Mike re-keyed every door in our home and one for the garage. He was especially helpful opening the locked garage door we didn't have a key for. He was polite and efficient. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, promptness, and value of services.

Fantastic! Excellent service and great products. They spend 8 hours at the house doing this work. They were courteous, professional, and ensured they cleaned up before leaving.

Son of owner, came out to re-key my locks. He was very professional and nice as he went about his job. This company did a GREAT JOB and would definitely recommend them. It took less than 30 minutes to do 3 doors. Plus he gave us 5 extra keys. They came right away, and were very prompt. Very accurate on their work. They guaranteed on their work before they left. The satisfaction was great.

These guys are great. I give them the place they give me the time, and get it done. I provided them the key in advance and they were able to do it without me being there. I guess that is because I have used them before.

It was a wonderful experience. They immediately got in contact and reviewed the pricing structure. Technician cam as scheduled and completed the task promptly. They were courteous and professional.

This company was a delight to work with. The person who took my initial call was very professional and explained their pricing up front when I made my appointment so there would be no surprises. The morning of my appointment I received an e-mail telling me that their technician (Matt) was on the way and they included a photo so I could confirm his identity. Matt was right on time and also very professional. We walked through the entire house to make sure I didn't forget to tell him about any doors, and he worked with me on two doors that had electronic keypads to ensure I understood how they worked so I could add/delete my own codes for use. He shared lots of tips and suggestions as he worked. The work was complete in about an hour (maybe a little longer) and the price was exactly as quoted. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

We were having an issue finding a provider to come out and change digital locks on our doors. This young man came out and had no problem with servicing this issue and also had good advice about how to keep them more secure. He invested some nice time here and did a fantastic job. The price also included 3 extra keys. They were quick to respond and set up the appointment. I would recommend them to anyone!

It went great. I called and spoke to someone in their shop. They said a technician would call be back to set a time. The technician called me within the hour. We settled on Tuesday between 3:30 and 5pm. At 3:15 Tuesday the technician called and said he could be at the house in 15 minutes. I met him at my house. I showed him all the doors and he took about an hour to remove the existing locks, replace them with new locks, and make 5 keys. The service was provided exactly as I had hoped and the technician was very professional.

I highly recommend them to anyone.

He was very nice, punctual and knowledgeable. They had to move the safe a total of three times including the original installation due to the area not being measured correctly for the safe. They had a great attitude about the extra work. They explained things very well to the way the safe works. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I already had a lock all they had to do was change it. The cost was very expensive and I decided not to go with them. They were very courteous over the phone.

We bought a house that was a foreclosure, so we really needed to change the locks immediately. the Realtor recommended Dawson's. Fixed up appointment on move-in day, cost for deadbolts were given over the telephone. Within the agreed timeframe, 2 uniformed guys came in a Dawson's logo'ed van. Husband explained he wanted to replace the current twist deadbolt with a keyed deadbolt (stays locked even if someone sticks their hand through a nearby window). Total of $451.50 + tax was for Service charge ($40); 5 Kwikset Deadbolts ($284); 5 Retro fit new locks ($75); 6 rekey cylinders ($45); 5 keys ($7.50). It would have been a nice gesture to not have to pay a service charge as we were having so much done, but the work was done quickly, well and they cleaned up after themselves!

Dawson Safe and Lock was available when I really needed them. He arrived at my house within an hour after I called them. He had very reasonable rates. He didn't charge extra for this type of situation, so I was pleased. He was a nice person.
