I sent an email out requesting service and they called back. I told them I preferred the weekend and they said they only had Sunday available. 2 to 4 pm. They called that morning to ask me if I would like an appointment. I said I have an appointment for 2 to 4 today please confirm you see it. She apologized and said that was on a different screen and she saw the appointment. At 4:30 I called their office and girl working said it still shows me to receive the appointment. I even told that I had errands to run, but I would wait. At 6:30 I called back several times. Somebody was picking up everytime...they would send me to music (hold) or dead silence. I did that 9 times just to see how they would handle the situation.
The next morning I had an other girl call seeing that I was requesting an appointment and they could be there that day at 3 pm. I explained what had happened, she acted like she was at a loss of what I was talking about. She was polite and had an I don't care attitude at the same time. I asked to speak to the manager or owner. She said Alan would be in at 1. I asked her to be sure to have him call me. I repeated my phone number and she said she would. He never called.
I rescheduled with another competitor. We worked out an estimate over the phone and they had a 30 day guarantee. I wasted a Sunday believing they would come. Their add "We treat our clients to the best customer service experience" is obviously a crock.
