As a highly educated Master Trainer I possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to provide a safe and effective fitness program with instructions and assistance designed for the purpose of helping my clients reach their personal health and fitness goals. Services we offer
Each client will receive a consultation and a fitness assessment to determine the individual's fitness goals as well as their strengths and weaknesses. The trainer will then provide a customized program that will help each client see the results they want. The time and location of training is up to you; just choose the place and the trainer will meet you will all of the necessary equipment. Basic nutritional facts can be provided upon request.

I started training with Akeem because I don't like to exercise. He keeps me accountable--he comes over to my house--I don't even have to go anywhere. I am not coordinated at all, and it has been very helpful to have him to correct my posture and position during the session.
