Great! Found a few items in need of attention which were addressed during the same visit. Our tech "Mickey" was polite and professional. Highly recommend these types of service visits before the Texas summer temps are upon us! Well worth the time and money!

We recently replaced our thermostat with a nest unit and we were having trouble with the way it was communicating with our AC unit. (This was not installed by them) Our fan was continuously running despite resetting the default settings on the nest and turning it off. We have used this company many times for routine maintenance and to replace some parts as our unit is 12 years old. The service has always been really professional and honest. After arriving in a timely manner, they tested our unit, performed their magic, and it was back to normal. We even had them quote us for a new unit as we realized that we may need to replace ours in a few years. They did not try to upsell us into replacing our unit, but simply offered reassurance in letting us know that it will likely continue to run well for a few more years and that they will be here for us when we are ready! 

They scheduled my appointment  for  the next day. They were very prompt on the time I was provided as well as I received  a phone call to let me know the technician was on his way to my place.The technician explained everything to me that was needing   to be done as well as cost prior to doing  any repairs, I gave the okay to have the work completed.  They were very efficient, and polite.  The work was completed in no time. I will definitely use this company again for all my A/C needs  as well as I would would highly recommend  them for anyone else.

Me and my extended family members have been using this company for the last five (5) years and we have always been pleased with their service.  The technicians are professional, well mannered and clean dressed.  The last service we had was in November to have our heating checked.  We used their annual $49.95 service check up special so the cost was reasonable.  I don't think anything was wrong with our unit but my wife wants to make sure we don't have any issues with the gas or anything. 

I use this provider for my annual inspections and all service calls and have done so for several years.  They have always been  prompt and professional plus reasonably priced.  I very highly recommend ACT Air Conditioning.

Mitch and ACTexas were great.  They came recommended from a friend and were one of 3 companies called in to bid on the work.  Our old system was installed in 2000 and the blower motor had gone out.  Originally requested bids for just the furnace replacement as well as a full system replacement including a split-level zoning install for upstairs/downstairs.  Mitch was great to work with.  He took a look at the existing system to understand what was in place and came up with a series of recommendations along with separate costing for each option.  Pricing was very reasonable and the combination of that and the comfort I felt working with him made it an easy choice.
The installation went smoothly - Mario and his team arrived promptly in the morning and went about the removal of the old system and ran the wiring required for the thermostats needed with the zoning change.  Mitch showed up later in the day to oversee the progress and to deliver the new equipment for installation.  He returned later on with the zoning equipment and handled its installation and the final testing and verification that everything was working smoothly.
Can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work - highly recommend.
