RON'S CREW AT WCM WAS ALWAYS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND KEPT ME WELL-INFORMED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THIS CLAIM WAS PAID BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY, SO I ONLY HAD TO PAY FOR THE DEDUCTIBLE. I BELIEVE THE TOTAL CLAIM WAS IN EXCESS OF $10,000, BUT I ONLY PAID $500 OF IT, SO THAT IS THE NUMBER I FILLED IN ABOVE.
Description of Work: MY HOT WATER HEATER BURST IN MY ATTIC, FLOODING MUCH OF MY HOUSE. WCM SERVICES (LED BY RON) COORDINATED THE REPAIR WORK. THIS INVOLVED TEARING DOWN AND REPLACING WALLS AND CEILINGS, REPLACING WOODEN CABINETS, ETC.
