The experience was great. Dr. Wild walked me through all of the options for my dog's bloodwork, medication, and possible surgery. She broke down the services by line item/cost, and was very matter of fact about what she considered a basic service/necessity vs. what could be skipped if my budget was tight.

Once Dr. Holt sold out the place everything changed. All about the money now. They have made zero upgrades to the place since I started going there about 1989 but now they charge what you would find in a luxury clinic. The care is good the cost benefit is not there. Advice new owner, return some of your profits to upgrades in the facility, system, and client support systems. I have found another vet with similar facilities that for a dog teeth cleaning was less than 25% of the price.

They were great. I showed up at thier door step after having been turned away by another facility who admit they could not monitor him under anesthesia for such an invasive surgery as he needed. The Colony Animal Clinic took me in, checked around in a palpitating exam and drew some blood. They will be able to perform surgery and assured me they were the only AAHA certified pet hospital in the area. I felt really good with the way they handled my baby and how they took thier time to address all my questions and fears about having his procedure done.
I recommend this pet hospital. I may be transfering to them as my normal vet.
