When we first spoke about noon I came away with the impression he would be by shortly.  At 3:00 I called again and we set an appointment for 7:00.  I cancelled my dinner plans. He neither showed nor called. When I called him 20 minutes past our appointment  he didn't take the call. I wasted an entire day waiting for a contractor with no professionalism or manners.
