I supplied the fans and fixtrues. Tom did the installations and adjustments. He also repaired an older fan in the master bedroom.

Great. This was my first experience using Tommy. I have since used his services several times. I have left him in my home unsupervised several times with no concerns. He even fixed a ceiling fan free of charge!

He was very professional and only charged me for a service call since it was such a minor job. He offered me a discount on any returned business I had, if I need his services in the future. I do plan on using him again when the need arises.

An excellent job, an excellent experience. I will definitely have work done by Tommy Crisher again!!! He was personable as well as professional and explained what work was being done as he went along. He cleaned up after the job was done and left both my wife and me with a very positive feeling about the whole experience. I recommend him highly.

I was not home, but had house guests who were (Mom and Dad). The light fixture was a quick fix as the original installation had the ground wire attached to the hot wire. The outlet issue was a bit more of a puzzler. He tested the whole circuit and was not finding any issues with it. After some sleuthing around, we think he found the issue, but we are still testing. Apparently, at one point in the past, a previous owner had tied the power to the old carport into this circuit. There was an electrical conduit exiting the house near the problem outlet with no apparent use. When the garage was built and had a dedicated breaker and electrical supply installed, the old supply conduit was simply cut off and this may have allowed water to infiltrate the conduit and cause a short. Since we never tied when the breaker popped to any rainy days, we are still in the wait-and-see mode. Both parents were impressed with his neatness, appearance, demeanor and professionalism.

Work went excellently and efficiently. Tommy came at 10:00 and left at 1:15. He installed the ceiling fans, lamps, and did all other work without a break. He was very polite and knowledgeable about his work area. Also, he was neat and kept areas clean.

He arrived as scheduled 2 days after my call, quickly identified the source of a wiring problem and installed 2 new light fixtures for a very reasonable charge.

Perfect. Could not have been a better experience for a consumer of an electrician's services.

Terrific, at first. Mr. Crisher was prompt and efficient the first time we used him. However, the second time we called him for another job, that was sadly NOT the case. We called Mr. Crisher and he failed to return our call. Then we emailed him and he said he called based on that email but that he got a fax machine. That could be true, however, he had other phone options, but to our knowledge did not pursue those. We called yet again. This time he did call back and said he had a cancellation for the next day and we could call him after 6pm that evening to schedule for the next day. We called him three times after 6pm that evening and one time the next day which should have been the day he had a cancellation and could have done our work. Our calls that night and the next morning were never returned. We had no choice but to find another vendor. Mr. Crisher was advised that we did NOT want to report to this list negatively, but that apparently had no impact on his method of operation.

TC lighting is an excellent company to deal with. They are prompt, know what they are doing and efficient. They even had spare parts to set up the wall switches. Also, for very low cost, they fixed our THREE attic fans that had not been installed properly. In fact, they were not working during one of the hottest summers in Dallas. TC lighting is recommended with high enthusiasm! And, they are VERY inexpensive!

Both fans were diffficult to access. He managed to do both quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and professional. I would definitely use again for other electrical work.

Tommy was a very polite and punctual individual. I found him to be very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Tommy was quick to call me back after I had called him to schedule and was very open to the projects I had instore for him. Overall hiring him was a great experience! I will definately use Tommy for the future projects I have!
