This company was easy to deal with. Showed up when they said they would. Provided options when they were available. Kindly reminded me of the need to make decisions. Provided input when I was having problems making a decision. Let me know where things were in the process (creating a new stained glass window takes time). Installed a lovely stained glass window.
Although they couldn't provide an estimate until the window was out and inspected for damage (and determined to be too damaged for repair), the estimate was clear and exactly what it cost.
I put N/A for cost, because I don't know if this company's costs were competitive or not. I had too many other issues with the other stained glass companies I contacted to get to the pricing part of the discussion.
