Rafael Jaramillo (Bailon) is a crook! He starts with a high prices for the and then offers discounts for more work and more money upfront. He starts doing the work and does a pretty good job, and then will ask for more work for more discounts. Once he has gotten all the upfront money that he thinks he can get from you, he will disappear. Its starts with delays. Then he will stop returning your calls. In my case he completed the Tree Trimming, Chimney Repair, Installed Stone Edging, Replaced the Walkway. He did not Replace the Stone Mailbox, Enlarge the Patio, Replace Patio Cover, or perform the Indoor Cleaning services. To make matters worse, he took down the old patio cover and dug up my backyard in preparation for completing the patio work, leaving a huge mess. After I was scammed I did my homework and discovered that this liar/thief has has over 20 small claims law suites against him in Denton County alone. The most recent is mine. I will now be using Angie's List to complete the work. (BTW this guy was recommended, unofficially, by an employee of Home Depot!)
