Precision Acoustics & Drywall

We hired Antonio to complete our bathroom remodel. His crew was able to complete the walls and even though it wasn't a great job we decided to go with him to repair/texture/paint the rest of our drywall that was damaged during the recent electrical rewire. To summarize the work: 1.) overpriced and sloppy 2.) estimate kept growing over time 3.) inconsistent invoices 4.) left trash/debris after job was complete 5.) promised work that his crew couldn't deliver 6.) took extra time because he didn't send a full crew 7.) crew couldn't paint within the lines. Avoid this contractor if you value your time and money!

Completely missed installing any insulation and then tried to convince me that was not a part of the estimate.

they did a horrible job with the texture and the walls. they left the place dirty and left their garage on my front door. I made a mistake and paid them 50% and the moment they got the money they disappeared.

Avoid them at all cost. They came to my house, said the work will take couple of days and sent me an invoice; I made the mistake of paying them.. they destroyed the house and did not come back to fix or complete the job. they ghosted my calls, text and I am ending up finding a new contract to fix the work they did and finish the job. they don't have an internet presence not I believe they are legit company otherwise I would have sued them.

Work was scheduled and completed quickly. They showed up when they said they would. Work was done very well and for a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again.

Would have asked more questions in the beginning.......

Antonio came out and inspected all of the work to be done. He then emailed me a bid for the work. I then cancelled all of the other contractors I had scheduled to come out and called Antonio to accept his bid offer. He refused to honor his bid and added over $500 to the original bid to do the work. This is just bad business. Stay away from this company.

They were good and on time

There was consistent communication about the job and the crews were friendly and attentive. All the work was done well and on time.

Excellent work and service

Very reasonable rates. Antonio is responsive and polite. A little heavy on the taping putty, so make sure to ask to have it sanded down as close as you can, to avoid seeing the patch work after the paint has dried. Good job though overall.

Precision Drywall sent a team of three sheetrock men who did a good job at the restoration of water damage to drywall. It then sent two painters who did a poor job. I complained and the company sent over an expert touch up and finishing man, who even worked on a Sunday. I have got a new leak and will probably call Precision again. During the whole process, the company was cordial and understanding.

Their electrical guy was great, not so much for the drywall. Had to get the job done right w another contractor. The drywall job got really expensive.

Very pleasant and professional to work with. Kept things neat and tidy all the way thru the project. Antonio and his crew have all around skills in addition to drywall and painting. As we all know, one thing leads to another and they were able to ‘do it all’ for me. I am having them back for a second project.

We used Precision Drywall and Acoustics to frame, drywall, texture, and paint a room for a study in our house. We were extremely impressed with their work, their professionalism, and their fair pricing. Their estimate for pricing and schedule was highly competitive and came in at roughly equivalent to our other bid. They stuck to the schedule and budget, even when they were presented with a few minor challenges that lesser companies would have used to try and leverage for more money. They worked independently to solve issues that came up, and elevated problems to get us involved at the right threshold. We were SO happy with the finished project â especially the texture-matching work they did. Overall, outstanding job! I would highly recommend their work!

Complete new drywall in my kitchen including ceiling, one wall of garage and patched a hole in the garage ceiling. I thought I was going to have to replace a kitchen window because I couldn't get it open but after the new sheetrock if was usable again. Cleaned up everything, worked quickly and were super polite!
