Geoff and his crew did an amazing job installing grass in our backyard. It was easy to coordinate and I was able to schedule install quickly at a competitive price. He was also great with giving after-care instructions and making sure he was available for any questions. Customer service went above and beyond expectations. We look forward to using him again for other tree and grass services!

Went great! Weather & travel (mine) shifted our schedule a few times, but NDT&S was extremely flexible and accommodating. They showed up on time, worked fast & efficiently but were very particular about their finished product. Left the site clean and finished looking. We were familiar with the sod broker they used, so we knew the product would be quality. And, because the broker recommended NDT&S, we expected the quality service we received. Price was not the lowest we found but it was more than competitive. We're excited for the sod to start taking root and expect it will look great for a very long time. We'd certainly recommend North Dallas Tree & Sod to anyone.

They came out they did not install it with water, or a weight, they laid it down and walked off, they laid it on big boulders, and its not touching the ground, and I was advised the area needed to be prepped. I called them back, and he said I should have known that it needed to be prepped, you asked me to lay sod down. I advise him I would not know and he said it was not his problem, we have asked him in 4 emails to come out and fix it, one date he agreed and never showed up, he has cussed me out in emails. He said he would make a bet with me saying that if the grass lives we need to pay him double and if it dies he will come out and fix it, I do not even know how to deal with someone who says something like that. I have all this in emails. He is basically blaming me for not ordering a consult, when he is the professional.

We were very pleased with our sod services. Within a week of the estimate, the crew came out and completed their work in one day. They stripped the old grass, leveled and tilled the yard, and installed the new sod (St. Augustine). The crew was very polite, and it was easy to communicate with them. The crew leader and the owner's son made a point to introduce themselves and keep me updated. They were very mindful of our sprinkler system and tree roots, and explained aftercare. Two weeks later our lawn is looking great!

The services was great. They did a great job to not disturb the tree roots by not damaging the them, while still removing the old grass and installing the new grass. My lawn is gorgeous.

For well over a year, I have struggled to keep grass in my front yard. Despite my best efforts, I realized I was fighting a losing battle when one side of my yard was more dirt than grass and the other side didn't look much better. I finally decided it was time to re-sod. Geoff Girot, the owner was professional, knowledgeable and prompt from our initial meeting to completing the work. He started and completed preparing the yard - removing the existing grass, tilling and leveling the dirt, on Friday afternoon, September 5th. The farm fresh cut Zoysia grass also arrived that afternoon. He started laying the fresh new grass, working until dark. He arrived as promised, on-time, the next day to complete laying the new grass. Simply put, he did a fantastic job! I cannot say enough good things about Geoff and North Dallas Tree & Sod. Not only is his work is impeccable, Geoff is just nicest guy and great to work with. I love, love, love my new yard!
