Nicole's team was very responsive and very customer focused.  Nicole gave me an honest assessment and very fair pricing.  My AC unit is near end of life.  I am considering options for equipment replacement.  She gave me a very competitive estimate for a replacement.  Honest, fair and concern for the customer - I couldn't ask for more.  I will most definitely use Nicole's Air Conditioning in the future.

I have used Nicole's A/C for years and they never fail to impress me.  Nicole herself does every job with her one small team.  She's smart, works hard and also has a team of 3-5 people who work as hard as she does.  Nicole is always busy doing both residential and commercial work.  The prices that I have been charged for annual tune-up / freon are very reasonable, especially since my home was built with three separate heating & a/c units.  

I had used them before. I think they overcharged me because they said they charged per hour. They said it took an hour and it only took half an hour. The job wasn't a big deal. They are definitely professional. I'm not sure whom to trust and not to trust with a/c. I don't think they are the best because of their charges. I'm not sure if I will use them in the future.

Nicole and her workmen gave the same great service they always do. Nicole came out the next day after we called; part took a day to come in and was replaced the next day. Nicole does great work, is honest and hard working. She checked to make sure we were happy with work. If I have heating or a/c problems I always call her.

The downstairs AC wasn't cooling and the usual preventive service guy from another company looked at things and told me that the unit needs to be replaced. He said there was no interim solution but to replace the unit. It was a colleague who referred Nicole's to me and I called them to set up the appointment. Nicole was able to come the same day. Checked the freon level and said the downstairs unit had very low freon (possibly a leak) but to get it going for now - filled 2lbs of freon and replaced a capacitor on the condenser unit that was out. She also hosed the outside condenser coil and looked at the furnace in the attic. The 2nd unit was also topped off with freon as well. They both are working fine now. Nicole did mention that I look at replacing the downstairs unit. For which she provided me a quote as well. I liked the fact that she removed her shoes while getting inside the home. A boot cover would have been better :) What surprised me was the separate charge for labor apart from parts. I should have done a better job in getting the costs in detail upfront. But overall I had a good experience.

Nicole and her team do great work. She replaced the original furnaces in the attic and two of the compressors (my house was built with three separate HVAC units) which were worn out. The work was done quickly, her team was very clean, and I've used her since to perform checkups on the systems. Last fall I replaced the last compressor unit, again had Nicole do the work. The equipment she installed was all excellent quality, as was the installation. We learned of Nicole through word of mouth. She does a mix of business and residential work, again all of her clients are recommended by others. Nicole does the work herself, so she's always on the job site and employs her staff. No sub-contracted teams do her work. I've recommended her to a few of my neighbors, one has not only repaired/replaced his home units, but also used her for his son's house and is using her now for some rental properties. Hire her, you won't be disappointed. Her estimate was exactly what I paid, there were no surprises.

Went very well. Nicole has performed heating and air conditioning work for us for at least 8 years. She is honest, her prices fair, and she does excellent work. We trust Nicole and the people that work with her and know she will do a good job. Nicole has worked on at least four houses that we have lived in or rented and has always been great. We wish that Nicole could be a little more punctual, but understand how busy she is.

I had to completely replace the heating/AC system in my house including duct work. And Nicole and her crew were awesome! The price was fair and the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing AC/heating work.
