We were with her for three months. She didn't do a whole h*ll of a lot for us. She listed it for us for three months and the house did not sell and we didn't get any offers. We didn't get any good guidance or professional advice. Every price change that we did, all the staging we did for showing, every recommendation and every idea we had to improve sales came from me and my wife, not her. We stopped using her when the listing expired. It didn't cost us anything unless you consider that we didn't sell our house so we wasted three months time. We did fine someone else that we may end up using. She was pretty punctual.
