Len Langman Painting & Roofing

Professionally inspected for a seller and found that the roof was still in good condition, with lots of life left. Very honest evaluation and was counter to another roofer's finding that the roof needed a total replacement; and it is not the first time that this has happened. Whether Len or Naomi take your call, always very nice and very straight shooting.

I was very impressed with Len Langman Painting/Roofing during the entire process. Len showed up, provide the most honest quote I received, followed as he said he would, his crew showed up on-time and was very professional. The work was completed in one day, looks great, and the cleanup was perfect. His team even cleaned up my backyard of fallen branches and Pecans. You can’t go wrong selecting Len!

The repair went fine.

From the start, they were patient, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The quality of their work and attention to detail throughout our entire home was absolutely phenomenal. We seriously couldn't believe how good it turned out. They were also booked up solid during the time we were expected to move into our house but they were willing to work on it whenever they could to finish it on time for us. We honestly could not have had a better experience and would recommend Len and his team to anyone.

Showed up on time and completed job as scheduled.  Completed all of the work the same day and job site was left neat and clean with debris. Reliable and trust worthy.

Contractor showed up on time and prepared for work.  Everything completed within the time specified and on budget.  Very good work, good communication.

I had some roof cap shingles come off of my roof and I was concerned that I might get roof damage if I didn't get them replaced soon, as rain storms were headed into town.  I called Len Langman after reading good reviews on Angie's List.  The lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable about roofing and promised to get a hold of Len as soon as possible.  I short while later, Len called me, and said that although his staff was busy, he'd come over to repair the roof himself.  He arrived about an hour or two later and got the job done very quickly.  He also corrected a previous repair that was done on the roof by another company at no extra charge while explaining why it was beneficial to do so. Overall, I was very impressed that Len was very responsive, and did provessional work for a fair price.  I'l highly recommend him to anyone else.

They did the job right and got it done.  They did what they said they were going to do.

Len and his crew replaced the entire roof on our house.  He worked with the insurance company to maximize our claim resulting from wind damage.  His company does a superb job at a fair price.   At his suggestion, we went with 30 year life singles.  He helped select the color which made our plain house stand out.  He is not the cheapest, but his timely work and high quality is the best.

It went pretty well they did a good job.  It was kind of cold and I wasn't sure the paint would adhere properly but it turned out ok.  Some of the caulking didn't hold due to the weather but they came right back out and fixed it and took care of it.  Len was very responsive. There still may be some issues with the caulking but overall they did a pretty good job.

An August hailstorm had broken the outer layer of a skylight. I have used Mr. Langman's roofing and painting company in the past and know that he and his workers are honest and do quality work. Mr. Langman came to view the damage, providing advice on needed repairs. He followed up with an estimate. After we accepted the estimate, a couple of his workers came by and replaced the skylight and made the roofing repairs. There have been no leaks in the three months since repairs were made.

I've had Len perform needed repairs on my roof a couple times.  He is always honest about the damage or lack of damage to my roof.  He performs his work promptly and at a fair price.  He even went out of his way to check on my dogs when he saw them outside the gate when he drove by my house!

The gentlemen (Lupe) who actually led the crew came out on a Saturday, and we walked around the exterior of my home, and I explained what I was looking to have done.  Lupe explained some of the different options I could go with.  He also pointed out some things they would do in the prep, which I would have never thought of.  
When the estimate came in, and I thought it was very fair.  When I actually saw the amount of work which was done, and the extensiveness of some of my damage, the estimate was more than fair.  During the work, I noticed there was some missing shingles, which Len had replaced for me.
The workers were punctual, and kept my property cleaned throughout the project.  The shutters needed to be ordered, and were installed a few days after the other work and painting was completed.  I was kept informed of what to expect throughout the project , and about the delay in getting the shutters.
There was very minor damage done to one wall, which was promptly repaired,   Len and his entire crew were very nice and pleasant during the entire project.
I would recommend Len Langman to anyone looking to have work done.  This was actually my second time using Len's company. He had replaced my roof and painted both inside and out about 14 years ago.  I was impressed before, and even more so this time.

The crew did an excellent job. The work was beautiful - inside and outside. They crew arrived when they said they would and were very polite. They cleaned up well after the jobs were finished.

Mr. Langman of Len Langman Painting and Roofing was recommended to me by Angie's List as well asomeone I went to church with and have great respect.  I couldn't be more satisfied  with the entire job and especially the manner in which he took care of me, a novice, every inch of the way in such a professional and kind way.  He was willing to go above and beyond and do whatever it took. I couldn't be happier.  They roofed my house, garage, and storage building.  They also repaired a bedroom wall that had been damaged by a roof leak. repaired all wall cracks and painted the entire house.  I am well pleased with the entire job that was done on both the roofing and the inside repairs.  I was also quite pleased with everyone Mr. Langman used to perform all of the work.  They were respectful and did a great job.

Great! He did an excellent job. We've used him in years past for another house and came back to him when we needed a roof on another house. Will always use him. Not only does he do great work, he is honest and reliable.

The work was to my satisfaction and it turned out very nicely. He wasn’t the one who did the work though. The work was done in one day, which I thought was a little fast for the coats to dry but I would use them again.

Larry inspected the roof, took a picture of the areas needing repair with his iPhone, provided a quote, and completed the job in one trip. There have been no more instances of leaking.

We noticed water spots on the ceiling in our master bathroom. I called Mr. Langman and he set up an appointment to come out later in the week. He looked at the spots on the ceiling and then inspected the roof. He took pictures of the skylight and vent pipes where deteriorating or lack of sealant were causing water to enter. He described how he would solve the problem, provided a cost of $50 and completed the work at that time. Mr. Langman is very professional. I have used his company for larger roofing and painting jobs in the past.
