I wasn't quoted a rate the first time I called so I called back and was quoted no more than $150. They arrived an hour before they were scheduled so I wasn't prepared for them. They took two hours but my cabinet handles were perfectly done. I was then told the price was $200 because they didn't know exactly what the job entailed. That is my only issue. Ceiling fan works great.

The moment I called Home Creations I knew I wanted to contract George and his crew! I was very pleased with the answers George had. I told him what I wanted done to my house and he had no problem with it. He was very nice and very professional. Once George came to my home he gave me realistic ideas and I must say this man has some very great designing ideas! I liked that he acknowledged my ideas as well,but put in some of his. I would really recommend Home Creations to any one who is looking to enhance their home. I would hire him in the future. The finished job was a success, I'm very pleased.

About one year after the initial work, there had been some unrelated settling in the foundation of the building and some cracks appeared in the grout of the new bathroom tiles where they meet the tub. We called George and he did not simply repair the grout. He opened a wall in an adjacent closet for access and reinforced the tub with a base of concrete to keep it from settling further and sealed the wall up—taped, textured, and painted to match—good as new. THEN he repaired the grout. To our surprise, he did not charge us on the principle that he guarantees his work (even though we would have been willing under the circumstances). George has done various other jobs for us over the past three years—running a new vent from the drier (again, leaving the wall perfectly taped, textured and painted even though it is never seen, hidden behind the washer and dryer), shelving in our storage unit, etc. And when my 87 year old mother moved to Dallas, we also hired George to do a number of things in her new home—closet shelves, a new ceiling fan, a hanging ceiling light, a new "high-hat" hallway light, relocating switches, etc. My mother gave me glowing reports about the "very nice, polite, young men" who came to do the work. All of that is to say that we continue to be grateful for the day we met George, knowing that whatever contracting work we have, large or small, we have someone to call who we can count on. He continues to hire great trades people, work collaboratively, charge reasonably, and stand by what his work. We recommend him to others with great confidence. PS - While perhaps not directly relevant to this report, we have also met his wife and daughters and know him to be a good father and family man. To us that matters as well and it is not surprising to see that who he is and how he operates in his vocation is consistent with how he is at home.

I got three estimates for this job. They ran from $150 to $650. All three companies suggested the same solution to my problem. I chose George because he also does other types of work and we will need some plumbing done in the very near future. He does lack a bit on communication. It takes him a while to get back to you. But that may be due to his busy work schedule. He was very reasonable on his rates and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I highly recommend him.

I knew the moment I met George he was the guy. He is a great listener and told me we could make it happen. I knew the style I liked and he helped me choose the right materials. We had a leak in our tub/shower so we had some water damage behind the wall. We gutted the entire bathroom, he repaired all the damaged wood. We rearrange the bathroom to be more functional and give us a separate tub and shower. The tile work is just amazing. The cabinet is perfect. The bathroom is just gorgeous, modern and totally functional. The finished the job in about 2 1/2 weeks. Great craftsmanship. We have two babies and they did a great job working around them. I would recommend them to anyone and hire them again. Thanks!
