Description of Work: I hired Firehouse to pack and move me. The packing went great--and I was totally unprepared for them. Their service and efficiency is outstanding! I contracted them to pack 3 areas--garage, kitchen and office. I only had them pack garage and part of the office and what I had thought was disaster areas was easily conquered and done by the 3 man crew. This was the service where you directed and they did the work--nice, right?! | |They came recommended to me by a neighbor who recently used them for their move. I would highly recommend them! FYI--I provided the packing materials.

We are so sorry to see this review, This is the absolute FIRST we are even hearing about your unhappiness with us. This review is a complete shock as we were never contacted during or even after the move and made aware that you were not happy. We were never given a chance to try and correct things if we could. I do assure you that we NEVER charge any customers for work not done. You are and were only charged for the work done while the men were at your home nothing more. Sorry again you felt the guys were not professional and you were not happy.

Description of Work: Three men from Firehouse moved my twenty-something daughter from one residence to another. They arrived within the time frame given (the office kept us updated on arrival time) and moved everything VERY carefully with no extra fees. The men were courteous, personable and very professional. I have already recommended them to friends.
