Our A/C unit froze up last night, called Cool Breeze this afternoon and two hours later the nicest tech showed up and started running through items. He was courteous enough to wear shoe protectors and didn't mind me tagging along and explaining what he was doing and why. Checked and cleaned the drain lines first, since the coil had frozen, and then checked the functionality of the blower. Freon was low a few pounds so he charged it up and things are running great. His price was lower than others, service was better than another company I had to use when we were on a service contract, and he was never pushy with upsells or recommended services.

There was a wire that burned out. It was fixed and now we have heat! Delbert is always on time and very professional. We highly recommend his services.

We have used them several times before and we have been using them for may be two or three years. They are a local company and he is nearby and I get feedback from other people around us who use Angie's list and the guy just seemed honest. He knows what he is doing and charge reasonable amount for the work. You know our city has like a forum and the people use the postings on and people had recommended him. We would use them again in the future.

They were very responsive and were priced in middle of the 4 bids I got from different contractors. One of the workmen slipped and put a hole in our ceiling, but Cool Breezes paid for the repair. (The repair wasn't complete since the repaired popcorn ceiling didn't match the existing ceiling and cost me another $300 to fix.) The new blower motor failed in the first year ( a manufacturer defect). This contractor and the local distributor cleverly took a new motor from a complete system in their inventory and installed it in our air handler despite it being a late Friday evening (with temperatures in the high 90's). They also came back to address some of my concerns and took care of them very well. The overall initial experience was excellent. But when I called them this year to have them check on the system, I could only get their voice mail and never got a call back until my 4th call and they said they couldn't make it since their truck was in for repairs and other excuses. In other words, it appeared they no longer valued my business. It was a good company that has slid badly in its responses to me. It's too bad. The owner and his people certainly seemed to be good persons.

We've been using Delbert for years and he always provide great service. His work is top quality and I never feel like I'm getting gouged. A few years back, our main system died and he came over right away. He gave us options to fix our old system, go with a mid-level new system, or a top-end new system. He gave us good, better, best options versus just an option that suited him.
He's a Texas gentleman and I wish there were more dependable repair people like him.

I have been working with Dilbert since 2008 when I found out I had been taken for a ride by another A/C repair company and over charged by $2,500. I called Dilbert at 5pm on a Friday evening and he came out and repaired my A/C in the Texas summer and didn't charge me a thing except for the $50 part. Later he repaired my A/C motor and later my fan blade. He's honest, hard working, and very fair. While chatting one time, he told me that he quit his job for another A/C repair company because they wanted him to over-charge their customers and he did not feel right about it, so he started his own business. As a single woman - he has saved me $1,000's on my a/c unit and been incredibly fair and honest every time, showing me the issue and the parts he needs to replace. He has managed to keep my a/c running in the hottest of Texas summers and is quick to respond and will show up at any hour if you need him.They don't make repair men like this any more. Top notch and top class service.
