They installed 3 new air conditioning systems for us about a year ago, and they come every 6 months to check on the system for Freon and system maintenance, they're very professional, very affordable and their quote was great, they told us that we could call anytime if there would be some issues on the system, we did had an issue once, and it was on a weekend, and its true enough, they send someone on a Sunday night with no extra charge and checked on the air conditioning, and the good thing was it was just a minor issue on the unit and they fixed it right away, and they have a great customer service.

AC stopped working twice this week. First time I reached out to Colony after hours and they called me back within an hour. They were able to suggest a possible problem over the phone ( drain clogged ) and that was correct. I was able to blow it out. Next day AC stopped working again, just hum on outside unit. Called answering service at 10pm, was able to get 24 hour emergency service, they came at 11:45pm and had it working within 10 minutes ( capacitor ). Had Carrier installed by them 2 years ago. Not so sure about Carrier but Colony has been great to work with.

Very well. Initial assessment by Joshua was thorough and honest (no up-sell). The ensuing sales process with Joshua was professional (no pressure). I solicited three bids and decided on Colony based on competitive price and positive experience with Joshua. The installation was completed in a day and the crew was efficient, courteous, professional and clean. They took the time to explain what they had done and how to operate the new system. Came back out a few days later to double check their work to ensure it was operating properly/efficiently.

They've really just done maintenance. We have a annual service with them which is $135 for twice a year for them to come out spring and fall. It was $220 for the repair cost. They're about like anybody else around here on price. They've been very good to us. They came out right away. They are always on time. He took me around and showed me what was going on. He explained what that part did which I didn't even know was there. He asked what I wanted to do about it and gave me advice. 

They have been very easy to work with. They have this annual maintenance fee so you don't have to pay them every time they come out. He was probably here for 3 hours.

October and April is usually when they come. All of the workers have been very professional and seem competent. They are very careful on making sure they wear the little booties when they're inside the house so they don't get anything dirty and that kind of thing.

the agent took his time and did a great job explaining the process and told me what was needed if I so choose to have it done. Frank did not high-pressure sell me or try and make believe it needed it done now just pointed out a few things and let me make my own decision. the cost was 89.95 which is a normal service charge but I opted to purchase a winter check for a discounted price. I will use them for all my work in the future.

I have been doing business with them for 20 something years and they’re wonderful. As a matter of fact, I’m waiting for them right now. I have a service contract with them and they come out twice a year to check the system when it gets cold and then again in the summer.

Fantastic! Andrew was great courteous and knowledgeable. They were all done cleaned up and out by 4pm. These are the type of contractors you want working in your house. Any question I had he the answer and was willing to educate me on what I didn't know.
