C Rainmaker Irrigation
About us
We are a family owned company that specializes in personal service to folks with landscaping and irrigation needs such as installation, updates, and repairs. I do all my own work - from a simple repair by myself to leading my crew for larger projects. I never subcontract out work. Over the past 25 years I constantly do work in the Dallas, Denton, and Collin county areas. I like saying that, "My wheels are round. They travel anywhere!" For timely repairs or major concerns, my phone is the best way to get ahold of me. Emails are slower because I'm out in the field , usually in a ditch, during the day. I am fully licensed by the State of Texas since 1984 and my work complies with state and city codes. Please call for information about rates on repairs or quotes on installations. Additional emails - [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].

Negatives: - BEWARE RIDICULOUS PRICE GOUGING !!! - Very bad attitude, arrogant and impolite, not professional.
My sprinkler system was damaged by a plumber while installing a gas line, and I needed somebody to fix the damage on the same day so I could adjust the prices with the plumber. I looked up Angies List and found a few companies that I started calling, and Mr Sanders was the first one willing to come out on the same day. That was a plus. On the phone, he said he would charge me time plus material.
He showed up at the promised time, and gave my plumber an estimate of $150 after surveying the damage. We got the work started, and he was competent at what he did. After it was done, he spent about 20 minutes in his truck writing up the invoice, and included that time in the billed hours. Not only that, even including those 20 minutes, he was there for 1.5 hours, but insisted on charging me for 2 hours. Upon questioning, he got argumentative and confrontational. Also, included in the charges was $50 for about 3 feet of plastic pipe and 2 feet of wire. I suspect I could buy this material at Home Depot for less than $10. The total bill was $230, much higher than the estimate provided.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience from a provider whose attitude and practices are arrogant verging on rude. Will not hire again, nor recommend to anybody.
