Banking/Credit Unions
The Bank of America has forgotten how to build relationships with their customers. We have been with them for 15 years and when we went to get a mortgage, it was like pulling teeth. We have good credit, paid two mortgages, and had enough in the bank to pay the mortgage loan, and they did not want to give us a loan. I am continuing to use this bank because I like their online bill pay service, but I am moving my money to other places.
